Fantastic experience: If I could give Grit 10 stars, I would!! I was getting bored with my normal gym routine and decided to try Grit out and it has exceeded all expectations. Every class is different and challenging, low impact and core focused, knee and hip pain has dissolved. Also, shout to Meg and all the instructors, they're amazing!

Fantastic experience: I love the Lagree (Shake) classes here. They are challenging but in the best way possible and have really helped to improve my overall fitness and muscle definition. All the instructors are knowledgeable, amazing, kind, and will help you to move at your best. I 10/10 recommend that if you’re looking to try something new, this is it!!

Fantastic experience: Such a warm, safe, and healthy environment focused on building your body up instead of breaking it down! (also the lavender-scented cold towel supplied after class is just the absolute cherry on top!)

Fantastic experience: GRIT is the best fitness studio I’ve ever been to! Having access to Climb, Shake, or Flow means being able to select a class type that matches your energy, mood, and intensity level on any given day. The music is motivating but not blaring— a perfect plus for those of us who might be prone to sensory overload. The instructors are top-notch, kind, authentic, fun, and professional. All of them! They know what they are doing and value proper alignment, injury prevention, and a community feel in the classes. If it’s your first time practicing yoga, Lagree, or stepping on a CLMBR, don’t worry! The instructors’ cueing is on-point and they take the time to check your form. The location is great, facilities are clean, the environment is fun, and the owners are passionate and caring. GRIT is just what Fort Collins needed! 10000% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my two week trial and I cannot be more excited to start my membership! These shake classes are like none other, SO challenging but SO worth it. I look forward to going to these classes. If you've been thinking about trying it out at Grit, this is your sign!

Fantastic experience: Over the years, I've tried numerous different fitness studios, they all pale in comparison to GRIT and the community they've built. The instructors are next level - each one with their own unique energy but all extremely inclusive and make all members, especially new ones feel welcome. I love that they offer 3 modalities in one studio - you can choose which workout best serves your body while also allowing you to push out of your comfort zone and try something new. I cannot say enough great things about GRIT!

Fantastic experience: Seggan taught a great climb class and totally crushed my soul! It was my first time ever on a climber and it was so hard but such an amazing workout. Grit has created a wonderful environment for their members and guests!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working out at Grit since April and absolutely love it! I had never taken a Lagree or Climb before. It took about 3 classes to get the hang of the Lagree method, and now I’m addicted and have been going twice a week since I first started with Grit. It’s nice to also mix in a Climb class for extra cardio once a week. The atmosphere is fun with the dark room, colored lights, and loud music. All of the instructors are SUPER friendly and will help with any modifications throughout the class, so don’t be afraid if you’re a beginner. This is a great place for all experience levels!

Fantastic experience: I love Grit. The location is awesome. Getting three different workouts under one roof is a crazy good deal. The lagree shake class is sneaky effective. I feel sore muscles I didn’t know I had the day after a class. Climb is rad too bc it’s short and intense and actually fun. As a guy who’s more used to the weight room, the vibe is really not intimidating, everyone is so nice and cool. Five stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: I took my first classes at GRIT this morning and it was amazing. I started with the 8am CLIMB class with Kaylen and while it took my body a couple of minutes to find the right form, I quickly caught on and had an awesome workout. I finished the 20 minute workout drenched in sweat while also feeling like my body put in one of the best exercises it has in a long time. I followed that up with a 45 min Shake class with Alyssa. I can tell you that my body isn’t flexible at all and it took me a few minutes to train my mind and body to do each exercise. However Alyssa was patient and a great teacher and as I got a few minutes into class, I was ready to go for the remaining time. If you’re looking for a workout that you know will make a difference on your entire body, I highly recommend checking out GRIT. You’ll love every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: HARDCORE CLIMBING! I recently took a Climbing class with Grit and it kicked my a$$! I was drenched in sweat and definitely felt the results of the workout for a few days afterward. The energy is awesome, my instructor was amazing, and I could imagine that with consistency and effort .. this place will transform your body and mind! As an extremely active guy and in decent shape, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a challenge and looking to get in shape. The only caveat is that there might be a slight learning curve to the “CLMBR” machine and your form. However, that’s expected with anything that you try for the first time.

Fantastic experience: I’m obsessed to say the least! The shake class is wild and the climb classes are so much fun! You burn at least 300 calories in a class! Highly recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I love the variety of this studio! Choices to push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you. Love the yoga in the mornings, great way to start the day. The instructors are all so welcoming and warm! Take a chance and go check Grit Fort Collins out, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I love Grit! I strive to find a workout space I feel welcome and that feels like home. I love all that Grit has to offer. The climb classes are no joke! Such an amazing workout in only 30 minutes. Shake had me literally shaking and the yoga is amazing to wind it down.

Fantastic experience: Grit just opened and I highly recommend it! It's a locally owned, women-owned business. They offer 3 types of classes: Climb (cardio), Lagree, and Yoga. I've tried all three and they are all awesome! All the instructors are knowledgeable, well-trained and so motivating. It has a very positive, welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere. The owners are such wonderful, amazing ladies. And the location in the heart of Old Town is so cool. I can't recommend it highly enough! Check them out today!
