Fantastic experience: I am 72 years of age and have been a member for 5 years. I love FCAF. The coaches are brilliant. They are well trained, well educated, “people-people”. They love what they do and how to work with athletes of all ages, sizes, shapes, and kinds. I am in better shape than when I was in my 40’s because of them. They are community builders extraordinaire. The people I work out with and my coaches have become dear friends. My life is so much better because of FCAF. By the way-you don’t have to be 72 years old to join-they also have classes for you young jocks!!

Fantastic experience: I used to think it was cool not to vaccinate my children and give unsolicited vegan dieting advice to anyone who was wearing a MAGA hat. But thanks to Justin and his crew at FCAF, I eat meat and have healthy, vaccinated children (2/5 left). But now, whenever I eat a carb I have feel the need to do 20 burpees. THANKS FCAF!!

Fantastic experience: I started my CrossFit journey a little over four years ago. CrossFit is one of those workout programs that can be pretty intense but can help you achieve goals that you thought were out of your reach. It is one of those topics that you’ll find people with strong opinions on both sides. My take on it, it’s not the program of CrossFit that should be under scrutiny, it’s the coaches! Four years ago I ran into Justin and his desire to help his athletes reach their goals in a safe way is why I continue to be a part of his organization. We had a workout years back that involved deadlifts and wall ball shots with a decent amount of reps and a moderate weight. In the middle of the workout, I was returning to the bar for my deadlifts and I saw Justin removing some weight from my bar without talking to me prior. When I came up to the bar, he told me that I rounded my back on the last rep so the weight was coming off. THIS is why I have been working out with him over the past four years, driving from Loveland past 6 other CrossFit boxes to be a part of his program. I need a coach that will ensure I achieve my goals safely. Not only is the coaching top notch but they have built an amazing fun community that motivates each other both in and out of the gym. It’s a welcoming supportive community that comes second only to family!

Being an avid backcountry bowhunter and Xterra Racer, with the help of FCAF, I feel that I am always prepared for my next hunt or race.

Fantastic experience: I've recently had shoulder surgery and just getting back to Crossfit. Justin is very attentive and has provided me with many exercises to help strengthen my stabilizer muscles.
