Fantastic experience: The yoga classes are my go to. Different yogi's all have different syles which offers a wonderful variety. Recently started a 4:15 pm class on Thursdays which is also a great if you want to do 2 classes in one day or miss the morning. Go check them out, they make you feel like family!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING is the best way to describe this place!!! The staff is very welcoming and determined to help you reach your mind, body, and spiritual goals through fitness, nutrition, accountability, etc. They care about EVERYONE that comes into that studio and for me that means ALOT. Just book a tour you won’t regret it!!! It is definitely life changing.

Fantastic experience: Joining Namesta is the best decision I ever made as far as my Personal health and nutrition. Tiffany and Kurt who own Namesta are the most caring and encouraging people I have ever met but they push you to do your best. My Personal Trainer Ronel has been just as caring and concerned about my journey but also pushes me to give My all. These people really care about every aspect of your life including your emotional and mental well-being. I can't thank you enough or recommend Namesta enough!

Fantastic experience: I tried Namaste's beginner yoga class on Mondays with Noelle and it was awesome! You can take things at your pace and the class was really friendly. Great studio and staff!

Fantastic experience: Namaste Fitness Studio is more than just a "gym". It is a place where you learn how to become a healthier you through exercise, yoga, health coaching and nutrition. I weighed over 270 lbs and I lost 120lbs. It transformed my life! Namaste is an amazing group of individuals - we are a family! Fantastic experience: I just had today one of my finalizing coaching sessions with Ronell F. at NFS and I wish to extend my deep gratitude to both the Funder of the Studio Tiffany and Ronel F. for their comprehensive assessments and ongoing, most importantly, super effective support. Whole Health is a spiral journey. Although we get closer to our goals, or VISION, we still "chop wood, carry water"per Zen Masters' suggestion. Therefore having an evolutionary , supportive place with a strong team, makes a huge difference.
