Fantastic experience: I Have been going for years. It's like the old song says," you want to go where everybody knows your name", this is the place. Very friendly and helpful! I love the place and the people! Second to none!

Fantastic experience: Clean place, well-managed, attached to a physical therapy center, has a pool and racquetball court, exercise classes, family swim times, and a variety of workout equipment. When you finish, you should most definitely relax and wind down on the hydro massage chairs!

Fantastic experience: Excellent community, facility and staff. The people who attend the gym are often encouraging, friendly and dedicated. I have been attending regular work out classes the last few months and I am getting more tone then I have been in years. The instructors really know their stuff and teach awesome classes. Then there are so many ways to recoup after my workouts, from the hydro massage chairs, to the sauna, pool or hot tub. All of this for an affordable price. Best gym I have ever been to. Would be better with the addition of an outdoor obstacle course, something I heard they are considering.

Fantastic experience: Our family loves this gym. We have been going off and on for more than 10 years. We now have a family membership so that our kids can enjoy the facilities as well (right now, just the pool). Everything is kept super clean and in great working condition. The steam room and sauna are fantastic. Everyone is very welcoming and non-judgemental. They have a modest dress code, which helps keep everyone focused on what they're doing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and greet you by name. This is the best gym I've ever been to!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyable place. I love the classes, its also nice to have the opiton to sit in the hot tub after working out. They have showers too, always bring a pair of flip flops to wear in the showers though! Not that they look dirty but never take those chances anywhere!

Fantastic experience: Lifestyle is truly a first-rate facility, and an affordable one, at that. They have a terrific pool and spa area, classes galore and RACQUETBALL courts--yay!
