Such great teamwork from Rhett and Gina Sandoval to bring a genuine and trustworthy martial arts school to our community. We appreciate Rhett Sandoval's experience, his service, his passion to teach, and his love of martial arts. We enjoy training here and are eager to go to training all the time. Such an amazing environment for both adults and kids! Hands down, the best martial arts school for the beginner or the advanced.

Fantastic experience: I have been meaning to write this review for a while now... I can't say enough good things about this gym. It is the best place to train as an adult and hands down the absolute best place to send your kiddos if you are wanting them to learn martial arts, respect and hard work. I knew nothing about this place prior to joining. If I could give 10 stars I would. Rhett, the instructor/owner, is acutely aware of every single kid who trains there. He spends time with them and helps them progress and grow in martial arts and in life. As a dad, watching the kids class I am blown away at how well they are able to teach high level jiu jitsu and karate while also maintaining order in the class and most importantly allowing these kids to have fun. They always walk away having learned something and with a huge smile on their face. 100% worth the money and time. It's the best thing I could have ever gotten my son in to and the best thing I could have done as an adult. So welcoming and encouraging. Amazing place!!

Fantastic experience: This is the Best place you can go to learn martia arts. They also have a fantastic Brazilian Ju-Jitsu program. The Machida karate program that they offer is hands on and teaches discipline and self defense.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Patriot Martial Arts to anyone! They have skilled and knowledgeable instructors who are excellent with the students. They have a high level of expectation while at the same time building confidence. The students learn a variety of different skills, they have the ability to attend classes up to six times a week if they like and the prices are incredibly fair. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like my son has learned so much that he will be able to use for a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Long overdue review. If you are looking for a great martial arts studio, look no further. For kids its amazing. They will learn self defense, but will also learn and become so much more. Discipline, strength of body and mind, courage and honor are just a few of the things taught by this incredible teacher. Rhett is simply amazing. My children have been Patriot students for many years under his tutelage and have blossomed into strong and confident young adults. Confidence can work wonders not just for self defense, but for everything in life; school, sports and interactions with other children to name a few. Having Patriot Martial Arts move into our town was the greatest thing that could have happened for my children. For adults its just as good. We get to learn self defense; BJJ, karate and kickboxing. I stay in shape while having a lot of fun. Rhett runs a family driven studio, where safety and respect are paramount. You can spar as soft or hard as you wish (with higher belts and their permission) and know that they will not hurt you. Rhett will push you to become better than you thought you could be. Thank you Rhett and all the instructors and fellow students of Patriot Martial Arts! My 2nd family!

Fantastic experience: We signed up our son 3 months ago he loves his classes, the new friends he has made and the team of people he is a part of at Patriot. He tells me all the time, that he is so glad that I signed him up. Mr Sandoval and the other teachers have all so been kind and patient and help him with any questions. They are so quick to keep the kids moving and being safe in the lessons and how they are learning the new techniques. Mr Sandoval, is right over them as they learn and is watching all his students, and helping to build their confident as the move forward. All the families are great and we love cheering our kids on, together! Amazing place and amazing people. Mrs Sandoval is always on site, to answer questions and help your children move forward with anything they need for classes, registration, inviting friends to come visit and have a free class, or to just come watch! Great place, glad we found them!

I've been to plenty of schools and this school is a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor teach your kids to defend themselves and empower them when they get to school. Fantastic experience: I have trained at Patriot Martial Arts for a couple years and taught at the academy for about a year and I can undeniably say that it is one the greatest martial arts school in the valley. It is such a fun atmosphere, everyone coming together to learn self defense and help one another to improve and build confidence. Martial arts has grown to become my passion and my second home. I couldn’t be more grateful to train under such a patient, skilled and supportive coach. Mr. Sandoval is like no other. Just like any other sport there are tough moments, but there is nothing more fulfilling than watching a child accomplish something they never thought they could or you, yourself accomplish something you never thought you could reach. I have so much respect for Mr. Sandoval and it makes me extremely happy to say that if you ever did get the chance to jump in a class, you won’t be in the slightest disappointed. Fantastic experience: 7 months ago I was really out of shape and in poor health. Signing up at Patriot Martial Arts and doing jiu jitsu is one of the best decisions I've made to turn my health around. Rhett is an awesome teacher who is very experienced and is really thorough in the techniques that he covers. And the whole vibe at Patriot is very family oriented. Our 7-year old daughter is also training here in Karate and Jiu Jitsu and she absolutely loves it, and is preparing now for her first competition. We definitely recommend Patriot Martial Arts Academy if you're looking for a legit place to train in Martial Arts!
