Mountainside Fitness Queen Creek

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Mountainside Fitness, especially the Queen Creek location specifically. The gym itself is super nice and clean, the classes are amazing (my fave instructors are Julie E, Tonia, Krystle and Michelle), and one of my favorite things about this gym is their daycare! The kids care is top notch! They have so many things for my kids to do and the workers are so sweet to my kids. Chelsie and Kaylee have been there for so long and have been taking such amazing care of my kids for years. I feel like they know them so well and genuinely care about all of the children. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of love and care that my kids receive every day.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Plenty of equipment and space to do your thing. Staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a ton of classes to take if that's your thing.

Fantastic experience: I’ve lost nearly 80lbs since my membership at Mountainside just before Thanksgiving 2021. The GM (Ally) is just too awesome! I needed a machine to be adjusted, and within minutes she made sure the maintenance team had fixed it. I understand some machines may take some time for replacement parts to be delivered during the labor shortage. Management at Queen Creek seems to be on top of it. They make sure the machines are properly and professionally labeled for the safety of us members. I think the whole staff and facilities are better than any gym I’ve experienced. The childcare facility, staff, and the Manager (Kaylee) are also super amazing. I doubt a better gym exists.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to MSF for 4 years. The facility is good. Classes are good with great teachers who help set a good foundation of you are beginner in the gym. The daycare is the reason I will never leave! Kaylee (day care manager) and Chelsea are a big reason my children ask to go to the gym continuously we absolutely adore the Fay care teachers!! I know my kids are in good hands at the Queen Creek location.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since the day they opened! I have done trial runs at other gyms and they just don’t compare. The cleanliness, customer service and equipment are far above any of the other local gyms. But the BEST part about QC mountainside is the daycare. Kaylee and her staff are the most loving caring people. Chelsea is always so helpful and treats my babies like her own. You can’t put a price tag on feeling 100% comfortable dropping your kids off at a daycare without any worries. THIS is your next gym!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very clean since what looks to be a reorganizing of management. Equipment is always up and running, wipes are always full. Only downside is the music played there is straight up goofy.

Fantastic experience: Wow!! There is so much to say about the Queen Creek Mountainside location. First off, every single time I walk into the facility both Taylor and Skylar always have smiles on. This might not seem like much but it definitely makes my day. The layout of the gym is also spot on. It is well maintained and you can tell everyone working here takes pride in their job. Don’t get me started on the people working out here, everyone is down to earth, friendly, and helps on another, creating an amazing environment. I would without a doubt recommend this location to all my friends and family members. Nothing but good vibes!!!

Fantastic experience: Mountainside Fitness is the best gym in the valley. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained equipment, free towel service, outstanding childcare that even covers infants, and great classes or personal training options. You can’t beat this gym!!!!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the Queen Creek location and went for my second time today. I am a stay at home mom to a 22 month old & a 10 week old. I was VERY nervous to drop my kids off in a childcare setting. I had a fantastic experience today thanks to the kids club manager Kaylee! Every time I checked on him on the screens/cameras around the gym she had my toddler on her hip and was giving him extra attention he needed as he’s getting used to the setting. When I went to check on him she told me about different activities she tried with him, and told me how she calmed my 10 week old when she struggled as well. My son was able to color, watch movies, and then play with toys. My 10 week old was made comfortable and got a good nap in. It made me feel so much more at ease seeing someone giving my son the 1:1 attention he needs right now. She was a kind presence and I’m very thankful for her! We chose Mountainside over other gyms for the kids club specifically and I am definitely feeling like that was the right decision. Thanks Kaylee!!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Lady who signed me up. Believe her name was skylar, was very nice and signed me up super quick and with professionalism. Gym is very clean and has a lot of equipment for members to use.

Fantastic experience: Left EOS Fitness because they were the worst and we decided to join mountainside Fitness. From day one our whole family has loved this gym, it is the best 80 dollars a month for our large family including day care to attend this gym and it’s worth every penny. From the classes, to the trainers, to the employees who work there, everything about this gym is top notch. I don’t think I have been to a better gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been more than happy working out here. To start from they way Mr Hatten runs his gyms to the employees. The GM (Mr. Rice) at this specific Queen creek location has always been amazing. Keeps this gym clean his employees happy which transfers to their amazing customer service. A huge shout out to Skylar with memberships. She is amazing and wish they would open a gym in Chicago. I will always be a fan of mountainside fitness because of these outstanding individuals. Fantastic experience: Great customer service, they are a step above other fitness centers! Jake and Hunter took care of my husband and I answering all our questions. We were really impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility. So many workout options with a great variety of workout equipment. They also offer a variety of classes which helped in our decision to join Mountainside Fitness.

Fantastic experience: All the weights and bars you need not crowded so you can always get a rack or bench. The mountainside on Gilbert road needs a trap bar. But other than that great chain of gyms

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. They are very clean and have lots of equipment. I love all the different features they have too and that there locker rooms are really big. Id say the only negative which isn't on them is they (queen creek location)are always packed. Which can make it hard to work out, if there isn't space on the floor, but you can use the group rooms if there isnt classes. But im not letting that reflect my rating.

Fantastic experience: The Kids Care here is great! It has a large open space, several other specialty rooms, clean toys, and a nice kid-to-faculty ratio. I love watching my little guy have fun while I work my body and mind so I can take good care of him the other 23 hours.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Mt Side has done an amazing job keeping the equipment up and working since the time of my 1 star review! I have been a gym rat for many decades and consider Mt Side gym one of the best. Staff is super friendly as well as most all the fellow gym rats we’ve had the pleasure to know for a few years now. Mt Side, keep up the GREAT work! Original Review: BROKEN EQUIPMENT is an ISSUE!!! I've held over a dozen gym memberships over the years. All the gyms had a PROMPT policy of getting broken equipment fixed, except for MountainSide Fitness Queen Creek (not sure on other locations, but since they are under the same ownership I am sure they probably are all the same). Mountainside Fitness is not the cheapest gym to be a member, that being said I would expect a higher level of commitment on the side of the owner and business policy. I love the staff and the atmosphere of the gym and would gladly remove this negative review if the owner will hear his paying customers. Gym equipment maintenance MUST be taken seriously if the gym expects to keep customers let alone happy customers. Photos show equipment that is broken and has been for 3 weeks+ with no end in sight according to staff. Staff informs me that equipment is repaired by an independent service company, and blame all downed equipment on this want to be Service company that seems to have Mountainside handcuffed to their lousy way of doing business and assume no responsibility. Also a photo of a broken ceiling fan in the area where it is needed most - Leg machines/power racks.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality All of the equipment had very easy instructions to learn for a beginner like me! Everything was kept within social distancing, all of the staff was friendly to me and it being my first time, and this gym was way cleaner than I’ve ever seen a gym be. Very much recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Take your children for a fun place to play while you work out. Every other machine is open for safe distancing. Sauna and steam room, lockers and showers with plow dryers. Every thing you need to get you back into shape, just bring your drive(willing to do)and your all set to change this year that changed the world with the crown of Victory~☆

Fantastic experience: Love my gym! Not only did they fight for me, as a member, to continue having a gym during this pandemic but they have always gone above and beyond for their members. I am a mother of two boys and they love their daycare. One is preschool aged and the other is still an infant. They take great care of my boys and have always been good about keeping them calm after I leave to make sure I get a good workout in. They are so use to the gym now they don’t cry anymore when I drop them off. Unlike most gyms, LA Fitness more specifically, their daycare center is huge and has a movie theater section, a gaming section, a basketball court, a big bounce house, and they have all these areas separated. Their infant section is amazing as well and they change diapers!!! In all I don’t feel guilty for working out because my kids have such a good time that my preschool aged child even cries sometimes when we leave. I do their classes like peak performance and HIIT and the coaches/trainers are amazing. They don’t make me feel guilty for not being able to keep up or anything. Plus the price is great considering everything. LA fitness wanted to charge an extra $60 a month for me to do their HIIT classes which was ridiculous! In all I love my gym and will be a member for as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Mountainside Queen Creek since they opened (I think Oct 2016). Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have had a couple of billing issues and they always give us the benefit of the doubt. They do a great job of keeping the gym clean and are very responsive to equipment failure and other issues. I have a gym that is near my house but I drive across town just to go to Mountainside. Clientele is also friendly. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I first started going to Mountainside Fitness about 7 months ago, and I just hate working out. But the team and staff of Mountainside in Queen Creek are so welcoming and positive, it's hard not to enjoy your time there! My trainer, Jerry, is seriously one of the best, most dedicated and patient professionals I've ever worked with. I came from a few other trainers and gyms and was hesitant to keep trying to go back because of those experiences, but Jerry and his team really blew me away. I even started *looking forward* to those sessions just because of how friendly and personable he makes the experience. If you're looking for a gym in this area, I would recommend this one highly. Staff is amazing, gym is kept clean, equipment is up to date and typically available. Plus, the locker rooms and amenities are very nice. If there were more stars, I would add them!

Fantastic experience: Been a member at Mountainside for a long time and love this gym! The staff is great, the equipment is updated and most of all I know they put a lot of effort in to keeping it CLEAN. Would strongly recommend this gym to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! Ive been a member since January 2018. The facilities are clean, and the equipment well kept. Ive been to some of the other less expensive gyms and ill pay more to come here. The staff is so friendly and the personal training is top notch. One of the reasons i chose this gym is for the personal training, the price is reasonable and Todd is really good a putting you with a trainer to fit your needs and goals. My trainer austin rector is awesome, he holds you accountable and makes working out fun. I would recommend mountainside to anyone. I'm sad im moving out of state and wont have a mountainside where ill be living.

Fantastic experience: Very clean facility! My three kids LOVE the childcare.... I mean who wouldn’t? There is a bounce houses, kids basketball court, a movie theater and a section with every gaming system around! My two year cry’s when we have to leave. My kids have become my accountability coaches because they beg me to go to Mountainside. Just recently I started to receive personal training from Jake. From the moment I met with the fitness manager to my first meeting with my trainer everything ran smoothly and I never felt pushed into something I didn’t want (like other experiences I have encountered at other gyms). Jake is super knowledgeable! The only complaint I have is that I sweat too much and I might hurt a little after our workout sessions.... but I have been told that’s a good thing! :-)

Fantastic experience: Mountainside fitness is amazing but the main reason I stay is bc of the CHILD CARE!!! Kaylee (the manager in the daycare) has done an excellent job. I feel so safe leaving my kid there, they always check diapers, report accidents, and genuinely love our kids! There are so many fun things for the kids to do and it’s a great break for me!! I love Mountainside Childcare so so much!

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently moved from SoCal to Gilbert, Arizona. Finding a clean, modern, and affordable gym was at the top of my list once we settled in. I toured a number of different fitness clubs in the area and ultimately decided on Mountainside Fitness. Five months into my membership and I don't regret my decision. I LOVE the freedom to workout at any Mountainside Fitness in the area at no extra cost. It's nice to know I can pop into another location if I'm across town for the day. I've done this several times. Locker rooms are very clean and spacious with a steam room and dry sauna included. There are typically no wait times for fitness equipment and weights. The towel service is great, but I do wish they would switch out their towels soon (most of them seem worn out at this point).

Fantastic experience: I currently work at Mountainside in the child care and I just wanted to pop in and say a few things about the gym and working there. At any work place things are not going to go perfectly all the time.... however, the child care manager, the assistant GM and the GM really do work very hard to make Mountainside fitness the best it can be. Of course there is always ways to improve but they are constantly looking on how to improve things for the kids and the members. They genuinely care about everyone's complaints and how to fix the problems. I feel that a company can only run smoothly by a great management team and this gym has it. It really is a blessing to work for this team. I know there are some bad reviews on here but there have been a lot of changes since those reviews, including some of the people now in management. I would encourage everyone to go and experience this location for themselves because believe me those reviews do not hold any weight to how mountainside fitness is today.

Fantastic experience: The AGM Matt at queen creek has amazing customer service! He is very friendly and personable. Makes coming to the gym easy. Kaylee is also very friendly. Along with the rest of the staff, they are always smiling and willing to help with anything. She really knows how to make someone’s day! The facility is always clean and the equipment is never broken. 10/10 would recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I love this club. I’ve been working at this club for 2 years. Nothing compares to this location. The atmosphere is so positive, inviting and clean! Everyone is so nice. We all work so hard to keep this club as great as it should be. The members here are so great, you guys always make me want to come to work! I love my managers and co-workers. This really is my home away from home. Everyone should give this club a try!

Fantastic experience: I really like this place and I would love to continue to go here, but with planet fitness right across the street not only cheaper, but open 24/7 it looks enticing. Being a full time parent, school and work I can only squeeze in 30 minutes in the morning b4 work. Right when you guys open. Have you guys considered doing a 24/7 service or even opening sooner? I would hate to leave I really enjoy your establishment, but I have to go where I can get a basically better time frame.

Fantastic experience: I don’t understand all the bad reviews, I have been going to this gym for 2 years and I always feel welcome and the service is better than any other gym I have been to. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to better themselves. A little special shout-out to my girl Allysen and Kaylee for being so kind to the customers and helping me and Jason out whenever we come to the gym. Don’t ever plan on leaving.

Fantastic experience: I started working for Mountainside fitness last November and there has not been a dull day! I love all of my coworkers and my first day there I already felt so welcome! My managers are amazing and are always so positive. This has been my favorite place to work by far! I love being surrounded by such great people who are always motivated! The facility is always so clean and well kept. There isn’t a day when I am not excited to go to work and see my coworkers and the amazing members! I have so much fun in the group fitness classes and definitely would recommend them!

Fantastic experience: So far we have loved the QC location! Plenty of cardio, classes & the best part is the kids play area, my children are 7 & 9 so they don't require much attention from staff but they play video games, jump in the bounce house, play basketball & watch movies! I don't feel guilty dropping them off & having a wonderful workout myself. Win win.
