Fantastic experience: Me and my fiance Billy join the YMCA today on October 7th on Friday and we worked out my fiance Billy went swimming in a swimming pool at the YMCA and me I've been on the treadmill and on a bicycle and I also did the stairs walking up the stairs I did everything at the YMCA today to build up my health and my fiance Billy is trying to build up his health as well

Positive experience: Not too crowded...the people really go there to exercise, not noisy, mind their own business, tolerance...the kindda gym that you can feel comfortable..oh and the instructors are friendly too...

Fantastic experience: The Flushing YMCA is an amazing hidden Gem to many. Although the Y has been around for years people don’t realize how lucky we are. I read past reviews and that’s unfortunate, but I praise them and the way they have handled things during all this Covid mess. Rules changing daily and I can imagine how frustrating that could be. We all Need to cut each other some slack. But they have been professional and accommodating to me and my family both as members and camp goers (the kids) they are constantly cleaning and asking and asking how they can help. Family activities in the evening have been amazing. The staff has been nothing but courteous. Front desk very helpful, to Director of kids and families his name is Frankie who helped us with camp and even got stuck in the parking lot once and a custodial staff named Rocky helped me with my car. Just can’t say enough

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean facility. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recently reopened after covid19 lockdown. Its july 8th, 2021 and their kids summer camp IS BACK! And already well subscribed. Pool. Gym. Basketball. Classes. Nah I don't work here. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The Flushing YMCA summer camp program is the absolute best in the community! The programs and activities were absolutely amazing and the counselors are professional, & caring. The director Frank was great, gave us financial assistance and put on a great camp! Thank you & see you next summer!

Fantastic experience: I love love the YMCA. Me and my family been around for over20 years. I recommend it 200%.I also worked there. They have a big gym. 2 pools. And a hotel. Summer camp. It's great my kids went with them many times. Sauna, steam room. My kids went to kindergarten too. This place is great. Try it you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I love the belly dance classes! Ranya is great. I also take tai chi classes and they are good. My child also takes a class there so we get the discount on that, and all together I feel like it's a great value. Sometimes there are unexpected closures of the sauna, steam room, or pool, which is annoying but I understand that it's probably part of regular, necessary maintenance.

Fantastic experience: This is a " Y " that has it all! A Olympic size swimming pool, sauna,full size gym, cardio room with up - dated equipment, weight room and other fun daily activities... Join and participate at this recreation center, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: The gym is well equipped and the group exercise classes are really good. If you have time in the mornings take Angela’s classes they are one of the best. And if you want to challenge your body more, take Samantha and Jonathan’s classes. Am sure the other instructors are good too but I’ve only worked out with the ones I’ve mentioned.

Fantastic experience: Very good for the price, don't expect a luxury hotel. There's no need need to be unhappy.

Fantastic experience: I booked a room through one of the hotel booking sites. The place was clean with friendly staff. The only thing I didn’t know is that the washrooms and showers are common, for like every few rooms. Of course men’s and women’s separate.

Fantastic experience: My child was there all summer July-August 2018 and learnt how to swim during camp days. Recommend it to everyone. Enjoyable experience for summer
