Fantastic experience: I would give Kasey 5 stars both as a trainer and person. She listened to what I wanted to work on and designed a training program for our 3 day a week workouts. Kasey always includes stretching at the end which has been a big benefit for me. Kasey has a lot of personal training expertise and makes working out fun. Kasey is awesome!
