Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in Sebastian and decided to drop in for the week at Treasure Coast. This is hands down one of the best CrossFit gyms I've ever been to. From the first day I came I felt like family. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel taught me double unders!! (Which I had been trying to get for a year). I can't wait to come drop in next year! Thank you Treasure Coast!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful gym! Challenging workouts that can be scaled to all levels. So thankful I found this place while on vacation the owner and trainers are great and the members are warm and welcoming. This would be a great place for any level of fitness to try crossfit. I loved my time there!

Fantastic experience: Dropped-In while on vacation in Vero Beach. Everyone was super welcoming and they have build an awesome community. The owner Lauren and her coaching staff were super knowledgeable and provided an all around awesome experience. Would definitely recommend for a drop-in and I look forward to visiting when I’m in town again!!
