All of the staff I’ve spoken to have been super helpful and kind, especially Christina, and the culture here so far has been nice. The other members are good about wiping down the equipment, being courteous, etc. Absolutely recommend folks to check it out!

Fantastic experience: Lovely building but not the biggest, which honestly isn’t bad. Great location with friendly staff. Tons of equipment for “Do you even lift bro?” Restroom/Shower we’re clean and pleasant too rinse off in. Would definitely recommend trying out the 7 day trial and see if it meets and or fits you’re needs!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym about a month ago and was greeted by the most energetic and optimistic manager! She gave me a tour and the sat me down and talked to me about my fitness goals / relationship with the gym and working out. The staff has been super friendly/outgoing. I also signed up for Personal training and have had good experiences with it so far as well (S/O Thomas)!

Fantastic experience: I came in just to get some general information. I was assisted by the GM. She was AWESOME!!! Very attentive, very knowledgeable even gave me praise for the work I had done prior to joining. The tour was informative and I felt right at home. I feel confident in my choice to join Fit 4Life and look forward to the journey ahead!!!

Fantastic experience: very convenient as far as the Kid Zone goes for me to work out . the staff is also very nice and definitely you can tell they actually care about the people that are also at the gym . my trainer (Armel) definitely matches the vibe i need to stay motivated because he has that care factor as well , and thanks to Waymond for actually reaching out after the job fair and getting me there .so far so good !

Fantastic experience: Great gym all together, but I'm here to boast about the KIDS ZONE. The girls that work in the child care for this gym are TOP NOTCH! They really interact with the children in meaningful ways, to the point that I have seen positive social changes in my child. Bring your child/children here for fun and learning while you get in a great workout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I signed up with Fit 4 Life Gillis Hill location after leaving a lower grade facility around Labor Day. Since the switch, I have been greeted daily by name, had working equipment (other place rarely did) and didn't have to wait long periods for equipment to free up. In addition, I received an introductory training screening that taught me things I wasn't aware of, even though I had prior knowledge of gym, gym routines, dieting, etiquette etc. I'm happy I finally made the switch and so are my workouts! If you want a more "team" environment with a facility that keeps equipment working properly and for a comparable price to those so-called gyms, then come to Fit-4-Life. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Waymond. I thought I was in shape and knew what I was doing until he took me through a 30 min workout. I definitely signed up for some PT sessions afterwards. Looking forward, as much as you can, to working out lol. Definitely looking forward to those results.

He was honest and didn’t make promises he didn’t think were realistic. He was professional and showed a lot of passion for what he does. Thank you for being kind. Fantastic experience: My Trainer is Sarah K and she is one of the best that I have had! She does great workout plans and keeps me sweating every time! She’s always happy and fun to talk to! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I was visiting from Idaho and wasn’t sure which gym to go with and I’m happy i went with this one! Very helpful and nice staff! Very clean and had some big guys going there which my made me wanna only push myself harder. Great machines and nice lighting. I did have a question, I went to the supplement shop next door to buy a few thing but can’t find the name of the shop. Could you guys tell me the name by chance ?

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym in January of this year. I was teamed up with an AWESOME!! personal trainer named Carla. She takes pride in her job and her clients. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Carla you Rock ‍♀️❤ Carla motivated me so much until I've up my time from 2 times a month to 4 times a month with her. I've lost 5lbs since I joined

Fantastic experience: I love this gym.....plus if you come at the right times ....you can have the gym almost all to yourself if your a night bug like me! This place is very clean and affordable and comfortable. The staff is very professional and friendly. I like the environment and now this place is expanding and getting bigger so they are making more room!! I cant wait to see how it will look once its done!!Come train and do it without the planet fitness BS!! plus there is a shop right beside the gym to buy protein and vitamins( even though ive never been in it myself).

They offer great great classes and the the trainers are very thorough and competent. Have been going here almost 3 months now and I still love it as much as when I first started!

If you want to start a membership, talk to Saranda. She helped me out in getting a membership. It was quick and easy. She also showed me around the place so I wouldn't have to figure it out. Her customer service is excellent! Fit4Life is an amazing gym!
