Fantastic experience: Reasonably priced, easy access and great location!

Fantastic experience: I stopped by here today to inquire about membership, and will definitely be signing up. This place is great! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and all the equipment you need. The price is very affordable, and no contracts...yay:) Can't wait to make this gym a part of my workout routine.

Fantastic experience: I've only been attending the gym for a short time, so this is more of an informative review. So far, the experience has been great and I'm thankful to have something so close to my house! On the Fitness NC website, it does not state what the staffed hours are. Michelle is the only person that works at this location, and she usually tries to be there from about 9 to 5 on Mondays through Fridays. She is not there on the weekends. So if you try to call and reach the phone or show up in person outside of those times, she may not be there. Additionally, this location unfortunately does not have the sauna or fitness classes like some of the other locations. I personally was not planning to use them, but I know that can be important to some when selecting what membership you'd like to purchase. Aside from these things, there are a variety of machines and free weights to use and Michelle will show you around and explain everything with you in detail in person! I'd definitely encourage anyone to go check it out!

Fantastic experience: Started going here before covid, stopped for a while. Never seen a gym grow to be so nice so fast. Great people go there and let you workout however you feel. The woman at the front desk has to be the sweetest person I’ve ever met!

Fantastic experience: This gym is small but mighty. It is everything you’d need for a small contract free price. This 24 hour gym is honestly a real gem. If you’re considering a membership I’d definitely check them out before signing into a contract somewhere else.

She routinely sprays and constantly cleans. The bathrooms are spotless and the gym floors are always vacuumed. Best gym I’ve found yet!

Fantastic experience: I am grateful to fitness NC, I have been a member 2+ years and continuing to enjoy the perks (24 hour access) and benefits (anytime workout) . I enjoy the proximity of the location it has to my home and this has enabled me to ride my bicycle ( 3.5 miles to the gym and 3.5 miles back after a workout). What draws me to Fitness NC Hope Mills: Themanager ( Mr Vince) treats us like family. He is a source of advice and inspiration. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed; it feels like my second home. The cameras provide us with a sense of security while you're in the gym. The equipment is in perfect working condition and can be used to accomplish any desired workout routine. I would recommend this gym to anyone because of the value and how personable they are to their clients.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I just moved to Hope Mills and one of the first things we wanted to do was find a new gym. Fitness NC is super close to our house, in a convenient location, and it’s open 24/7 so we can go anytime that’s convenient for our schedules. The gym is super clean and it’s never slam packed with people. It’s got all the equipment we need and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: So normally I don’t leave reviews because I’m impatient lol but ahh i love it here!!! It’s literally never packed and I always feel right at home when I come here. I never feel like I’m a little fish in a big pond of Buff Gym Sharks wish is why chose this gym over a few other gyms that I tried out in the area. It has a cozy feel with everything you need and open 24/7. Michelle is such a sweet and pleasant lady & the personal trainer guy is always full of motivational positive energy! Only $20/month... well worth it!

The personal training here is the best in all the gyms, you see a lot of progress and coach Jalaquan is the best trainer around. The gym is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We just moved to Hope Mills and were going to join planet fitness but that Fayetteville traffic can be crazy and we love the environment and equipment here better anyhow. The location is so much more convenient, as long as I don’t cave into getting cold stone after a work out Michelle was the sweetest and most helpful lady when it came to joining.
