4 years ago Positive experience: Great atmosphere on the patio!
5 years ago Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and members. The training is intense but well directed. There are plenty of rowers and assault bikes, so they have room for more people.
6 years ago Fantastic experience: Was in Fayetteville visiting family. There aren’t many gyms to choose from, so I hit a couple. Found this one to be my favorite. Plenty of space and gear for whatever workout is thrown at you. I would send my own family here if I lived in town.
7 years ago Fantastic experience: Great coaches and great community at Commence. They have succeeded in getting me addicted to working hard in the gym. And it’s always fun!
