Positive experience: A great facility at a convenient location in Ironton. The place is ...clean...bright....energizing! Robin is very friendly and helpful, I love the days she is working. The owner turned us away on the Silver Sneaker Plan at the Ironton location. I don't know why. Maybe he doesn't like old people there. Haha

Fantastic experience: I love that they open at 5am because I like to go before work, I wish their Saturday hours were open earlier and later as well. The owners are extremely friendly and great me every day and say good job before leaving. The equipment is all up to date and there is a lot of different things to choose to work out on, I especially love the rowing machine. It's a great place for a great price, I highly recommend it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and a very well outfitted facility especially for the area. They even have their own smoothie bar. Top notch!
