VERY clean and everyone there is always courteous (staff and patrons alike). Very supportive trainers, even when I get frustrated with myself. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It is a very nice gym! I love going here because there are actually times it's not busy.

Positive experience: They don't have a lot of extras here, but I found it to have everything I normally would use. If you want a pool, hot tub, tanning, massage chairs they don't have them here. They have a cardio theatre, free weights, daycare, and all the machines you'd ever need. Pretty affordable too.

Fantastic experience: This gym really cares about their people! I do the personal training there with Julie, who is absolutely amazing! I can talk to her outside of training on any given day with questions or concerns and get help with what I’m doing. She cares about my success and I’m not just a number like all the other gyms. Plus side, it’s clean, the people are friendly, they are locally owned, and they are 24 hours!

It's small, doest have all the bling amenities of the big box gyms but it's crazy clean, the equipment always works and if you're serious about living healthy their personal trainers are second to none! It's more than just the gym, it's nutrition combined with workouts and tailored to your time availability, your bodies responses & your real life.

Fantastic experience: I've reviewed before, but just wanted to leave another! So this gym is AWESOME! The staff are super-friendly and helpful, the trainers are educated and knowledgable (all of them!), there's tons of up-to-date equipment, there's a cute little retail nutrition section and smoothie station, and IT'S clean!! Even before Covid, they had cleaners cleanin' and there are several sanitizing areas. Did I mention how cool the members are! I love my gym peeps! Thanks Evolution!

Fantastic experience: I live in Illinois and was in Layton for my niece’s graduation recently. My sister is a member and recommended that I go to keep in shape while in Layton. Julie signed me up for a 3-day free trial and $5 visits after that. The equipment and atmosphere was great for my needs even though I do much in the water at my local YMCA. Thanks so much—I didn’t miss a beat in my routine!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in town. The front staff is always do nice and willing to help in anyway. I love that you can come in at anytime and don't have to weight around for someone to be done using a machine. I can just go in and get my workout done. Cameron is so knowledgeable in fitness and he knows how to get you to reach your fitness goals. Jordan is always there to help you in the front desk. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My wife had surgery in the area and I needed to kill some time so scoped out a gym. Found Evolution. Wow, staff so friendly. The CLEANEST gym I've ever been to. Great equipment. I doubt I have an occasion to do so but if I'm ever in the area again wouldn't hesitate to go here.

Fantastic experience: I always like coming here because of the management. I'm greeted every time as if I'm family. The equipment is always clean and serviced. There is a small cardio room with a big screen that shows movies while you run, bike, or walk. One recommendation would be to add one additional ab machine. That's just preference though. Great place to work out if you like small gyms.

Fantastic experience: I have to say this is a great gym! Me and my husband say “Vasa and Planet fitness could learn quite a few things from this place” and we wish we lived up here so we could go here everyday, great staff, clean equipment, friendly atmosphere and they have a well priced supplement bar. I checked out the classes an loved them and my husband checked out the weight lifting equipment and was impressed! Overall 5/5

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!!! Accessible 24/7. Super clean. It's not very big like other gyms so it's not super intimidating. All the classes and staff are amazing! I suggest the Zumba classes, they are awesome! Overall great great place to get in shape!

Fantastic experience: Was visiting from out of state and needed to maintain my routine. Tried Golds but they lacked adequate equipment. Went to Evolution and they totally hooked me up. Very friendly staff, super clean, non-intimidating atmosphere, plenty of equipment. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I signed up at this gym when it first opened. It is a smaller gym. The machines are clean and well kept. I had a small issue here in the past and management was quick to resolve it, even exceeding my expectations in their resolution. I think they genuinely try and do the right thing by their members. This is a great place to work out. I would recommend.

Cameron Brown is an incredible trainer who has helped me with my fitness goals! I'm super grateful I found him. If you want someone who is organized and can help you stay on track and reach your fitness goals, this is one of the best places you can go.

Fantastic experience: I really loved my experience and results with Cameron!!! I actually began following his suggestions and saw the results I wanted, just in time for me to get pregnant again. I liked the smaller less crowded gym space and access to my trainer right there if I had any questions. It's much easier to focus with less people there, and people with the same goals as you. And it's less intimidating than the bigger gyms, which I also used and because of Cameron had the resources and knowledge to feel confident and comfortable working out. I recommend my friends and family to Evilution personal training.

Fantastic experience: Cameron is amazing, he is so compassionate and encouraging! I feel so much more comfortable working out here than at a big corporate gym, the atmosphere is not chaotic or overwhelming. He works right with you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I've had other gym memberships and other trainers in the past, but none of those experiences compare to Cameron Brown and the experience I have at Evolution Personal Training. CAMERON: He always listens and reevaluates my training and nutrition programs to make sure i can get the most out of the time I am willing or can put in at the gym. Life happens, and he seems to understand that, with him i feel like it's not the all-or-nothing mentality that I've gotten other places. BONUS: when I ask a question about training/nutrition he always answers. and not with the whole, "well...look at my biceps, they're big," kind of answers that I've received before (looking at you Eddy), but with actual Science. THE GYM: It's a close atmosphere with lots of friendly familiar faces and plenty of equipment to go around and on the rare occasion when machines/racks are all being used my experience has been the people here have always willing to share. It's just a different atmosphere than big name gyms. If you're considering a gym membership you'd be crazy not to give Cameron and his trainers a shot. try it for 2 months. IF YOU DO WHAT HE SAYS YOU WILL HAVE RESULTS. If you're serious about changing your lifestyle Cameron has your back. he deserves 6-stars.
