Fantastic experience: I've only had one lesson at root to rise studio and I already love it! The teachers are nice, and encouraging (not that fake way too smily encouragement but genuinely happy). I feel like I'll be able to improve quickly. $68 a month for unlimited lessons and a free trial week is a steal.

Fantastic experience: My favorite thing about Root to Rise is the feeling you get when you walk in the door. It has a very accepting and warm environment. I enjoy classes there with my 5 children. The teachers are incredible and inclusive. The environment is positive and uplifting. I love diversity of classes and the specificity with which the instructors teach. I have and would reccommend root to rise to friends and family, as well as to you! If you are nervous for your first class. Don't be. You will have help navigating through the unknown by knowledgable and friendly people.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the BEST yoga and especially acroyoga studio in all of Utah! Instructors are amazing and the owner Bryan is one of the kindest and most talented teachers you'll ever find! If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and visit!

Fantastic experience: Love the place, teachers and experience

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I'm fairly new here, but have thus far, felt totally welcome. Coming back to yoga after 20 years can feel intimidating. I feel so lucky to have found Root to Rise. The instructors take you where you are and encourage slow and steady progress. I have appreciated being around so many supportive, lovely souls.

Positive experience: This place was mostly awesome. Went for an acro class, instructors were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Good vibes all around, learned a ton. Rating 4 stars because there was little Covid precaution. No masks, no distancing, random partnering. Was a little uneasy about it while there and don’t think I can go back because of employment considerations.

Fantastic experience: This studio is wonderful and offers a huge variety of classes for any skill level! They are doing virtual classes during quarantine through zoom right now, which is awesome! I have taken one of these virtual classes and although it is not the same as being in the studio, it was still wonderful and super convenient! All the instructors I've seen so far are very knowledgable and skilled at what they do, and are always willing to answer whatever questions you may have about poses or otherwise. Check it out!!

Fantastic experience: Best studio I've ever been to. Even though this is an advanced studio the instructors take time every class to help me with my form and helo me get better. I feel stronger every week I go here.

Fantastic experience: The BEST yoga studio I have ever been too! Teachers are personal and the members are warm and welcoming. I feel they go a little further in teaching than most studios. They inspire you to do a little more and love and accept yourself! Best place ever! I’m not a young skinny thing so to have their support has been life changing!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Root to Rise Studio and am so impressed with the level of commitment every teacher has to their students. I feel safe and confident in trying out new things and challenging myself. They allow each student to progress as quickly or slowly as they feel comfortable. It's also a wonderful environment full of supportive and inclusive people watching out for you and encouraging you to try new things and have fun. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the absolute best place in the Salt Lake valley to learn high-level acrobatics. They offer beginner acrobatics and acro-yoga, but also cater to high-level skilled athletes with classes in standing acrobatics, acrobatic dance, cheer acro and more. They also offer a variety of aerial arts classes, and the environment is warm and friendly.
