Fantastic experience: I think of it as Barry's lite. But I actually like it better. Tend to have more difficult runs with less attitude than Barry's. But it is still treadmill and floor work. I particularly like that the workouts are on the wall, so you know what to expect and can choose your weights appropriately.

Fantastic experience: Great environment. A lot of positive vibes to help get people in shape. Even as a newcomer I felt very welcome. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: These workouts are crazy, but invigorating. Take Nahesi's class. He's the best. Great mix of strength training and high intensity cardio (treadmill).
