Negative experience: Everything in this gym is junk none of the cardio equipment works and the weights are falling apart whoever owns thos gym should find a new career

Fantastic experience: I did have issues with the previous people associated with the gym but with the new owner and staff I have not. I have always loved the gym for being 24hrs and having a cardio room. This is what brought me back and I’m glad I decided to give them a try again. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person made my transition really good and were overall helpful and friendly.

They have a kids area so you can workout and bring your kids too. Great location middle of town on 16th Street and 23rd Avenue. Friendly staff and clean all around.
