Fantastic experience: My Son goes to Alpha Fitness and loves it!!! If I didn't live so far away iD be going there as well, for sure! Not only do they have a wide variety of fitness machines but variety of classes for several types of self defense and boxing. Your children will gain self esteem as young as, I believe 8 years old. The trainers are some of thee best .They put their heart into their job and clients. The owners Tyler and Jamila care and are more than just trainers / owners but more like mentors and it shows in all they do. They make everyone feel at home there and the atmosphere is positive and inviting. Open 24 hrs a day too.!!!

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. The owner and head trainer, Tyler, does a great job at helping you with your specific goals. Despite having just opened up shop his facility is pretty on point and hes flexible with hours.
