Fantastic experience: With my son's school being virtual most of the school year so far, the YMCA is a great place for him to have structure and learn. It's the next best thing to having him in school. There are tons of fun activities and a great staff who communicates my son's progress or lack thereof. I love that they greet my son by name every morning and keep him safe all day.

Fantastic experience: Much nicer facility than the one we have in Anderson. We never would have joined the Y again as a family of we had only the ME Lyons facility as our option. Come on man!

Fantastic experience: First time back since Covid. The weights and running equipment are sanitized regularly. Even the showers and locker room area is set to government standards. No fear in working out, everyone was mindful of their distances. Go and enjoy.

I wish I lived closer to this excellent location

Fantastic experience: I haven’t done many of the activities/programs, but I love that I have trusted childcare workers who are truly invested in me and my kids. I can leave them without worry, knowing that they’re playing and crafting, singing and dancing, and I can workout without anxiety. I like the tv monitor that plays what is happening in the childcare room, in case I need to sneak a peak. When I finish working out, I grab some coffee and do some reading before I take my boys to open swim. I’m grateful for the toys/floatation devices so I don’t have to lug those to the Y with all the other bags I’m already bringing! This has been a great experience so far! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I was a member for years. I truly enjoyed this YMCA! The friendly staff, the classes offered, sports and swimming lessons program for my child, clean facility and more. If you are considering becoming a member don't hesitate.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming for 3-4 years 2- 4 days a week. Used to love to use pool- since Covid only done once. (Remember to make appt. for a lane). Now using machines for 1.5 hrs. Want to go back to pool, then Do It- self !

Fantastic experience: RC Durr YMCA is doing a great job during the COVID19 pandemic. They implemented precautions to limit interactions of patrons. I have been using the pool. They limit swim time to 45 minutes per person per day. The deck gets sanitized between sessions.

Fantastic experience: I love the YMCA Burlington (R.C. Durr) location. I have been a member for 5 years. My teenage boys go to the gym all the time. We took my 8 month old daughter swimming yesterday. They offer all kinds of great classes. I particularly like the Monday night Barr class. The staff there is awesome. I gladly pay for the membership because it has always given my boys a safe, positive place to be and there are so many things to do there. Great for the whole family!

Fantastic experience: My family has been with the YMCA for two years and we use it all. I train with Trish and shes amazing and my son plays basketball and works out in the gym. I love the staff and all the programs they offer.

Fantastic experience: I love that as a mother I can get a little bit of ME time by coming in and dropping off my children so I can work out. My daughter is doing gymnastics there and she loves it. Also my entire family loves to go to open gym & swim. It’s a one stop shop for family fun & fitness.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member of the RC Durr YMCA for almost two years now. Have been heavily involved in all aspects of the classes and physical training programs. My kids love the programs offered. Friendly staff and coaches make the experience even more special. I would recommend this place to family and friends alike.

Fantastic experience: Best YMCA in the area, if not the world. This is where families should invest for enrichment for everyone. They have great coaching from instructors that have a love for developing talents in others. Huge facility with big heart and so many options I can't list them all. Don't just join a gym join a place like this that promotes overall health.

Fantastic experience: This YMCA is well run and thriving. As a neighbor, I can say that the administration of this Y is respectful, considerate, and imaginative. They also take the C in their name seriously. While I rarely use their facility personally, they are well equipped to fulfill all your exercise, fitness, entertainment, and childcare needs.
