Fantastic experience: Critical: Communication , Professionalism Crunch Fitness is always a great place to workout. The equipment is in good repair and there are always plenty of weights around even at peak hours. The customer service people here lack customer service but everything else is pretty good. The people that workout here are always nice and willing to help spot.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and community. I myself am not very experienced, just a few months, but everyone there is welcoming and some even offer to show you how to do exercises correctly. Would highly recommend for any level of people who are willing to commit.

Fantastic experience: I've been working out here for going on three years now, it's a great place to go if you're looking for a place geared towards seriously lifting, free weights and squat racks with platforms. If you're more casual or just starting out, there's stuff geared for you as well. Tons of machines and various classes as well as personal training options that some of the more corporate gyms don't offer.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I’ve met a lot of great people. The front desk is super friendly & helpful. Mya, Edward, Lucas, Bianca, etc are all great!!???? If you’re thinking about joining I say do it, what are you waiting for?!!

Fantastic experience: Recently I have noticed two employees who have stood out to me. Matt and Dylan are always walking the floor, cleaning, and interacting with people helping them if needed. They go above and beyond and I love when they work late at night as everything runs so smoothly!

Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2016 seen alot of changes up to management generally speaking the turnover was alarming not to mention the neglect of the equipment up to down time needless down time . This is a relationship business therefore quality with great smiles are necessary give me someone with ability and willingness and I will create a great culture. So that being said I am 65 yrs old still in competive shape I do not bowl ,golf or go to bingos so this gum is a social outlet for me I have developed some good relationships and there are some serious lifters that helps . My experience has been a pleaaent one .AS of the last year or so the staff has wowed me always pleaaent even when they weren't feeling it I feel compelled to mention them by name as follows Megan, Tori, Ciff, Paul, Stephen, Steven, Mya, Dakota ,Clare, Blanca , Sarah ( kids crunch). This coming from a grateful patron your hard work is above reproach and done with a smile keep up the great work it's refreshing Thank you all

Fantastic experience: This crunch is awesome. The staff, Dylan and Mitchell are always super helpful and happy to see you. The weights are always racked where they need to be and the machines all work. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The Monday thru Friday evening staff is so helpful and courteous. I’ve been coming to crunch for awhile now (as a guest) and lately been really impressed with the cleanliness of the gym (especially the locker rooms)and the helpfulness of the staff. An updated building and a newer variety of Machines seems necessary but overall I will be joining soon.

Fantastic experience: Staff is personable and tries to welcome everyone by name. They encourage everyone. Derrod is a good personal trainer as well as others there if that’s what you’re wanting. Facility is clean. I usually always see staff cleaning anytime I’m there. There are also plenty of sanitation stations for during workouts too. They have a good amount of equipment. Love that they have punching bags! The classes are great and easy to reserve. Also, can’t forget the hydromassage bed and lounge as well as the tanning beds. I enjoy going and highly recommend. It’s affordable; and you can get a free day try out if you’re still unsure.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at crunch fitness for around 4 years now and it is the best gym I have ever worked out at. I've met and become friends with quite a few of the staff over the years. Dylan and Mitchell are two front desk associates I've met whom have had a positive impact on my experience. They are great to talk to and ensure the crunch experience is top notch! I've worked with Jeff a personal trainer whom has given great feedback regarding my fitness. I am proud to be a member of crunch!

Shane, the manager, does a great job and even went as far as asking what I’d like to see done. He asked what I liked in the cooler and he brought in my favorite protein drink. So we went to crunch and they let us both in. The guys at crunch were very pleasant to talk to and welcoming, I can’t wait to go back.

The staff alone makes this gym worth coming to, every time you come in you're greeted with a warm and friendly manner by people who are more than willing to help however they can. The facility itself is always kept clean, free weights are plentiful and grunting is always allowed.. What more could you want from a gym?

Fantastic experience: Just joined few months ago and cant say enough great things about the gym. It very clean and the staff is so friendly. I was very nervous because I hadn't worked out in awhile but thanks to the help of my personal trainer Bri I am already feeling much better and on the way to reaching my goals.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in and was greated by a friendly staff member offering me an immediate tour, I knew this place was a better fit for me than Planet Fitness. After the tour I signed up with MY choice of payment, no contract. I used several cardio machines without a problem, all were in working order and clean. I did need to ask a staff member how to use one machine and they were knowledgeable on its specifics and happy to help. The locker room was clean and the lockers were large enough for all my items (backpack, street clothes and jacket). I used the hydromassage bed which was clean and working perfectly. Overall, it was a positive experience which seems quite rare when it comes to gyms these days.
