Fantastic experience: This is a great little facility clean friendly people lots of excellent equipment for both cardio and strength training

Fantastic experience: Equipment quality is top notch and the place is very clean and comfortable. The owners are very professional and friendly. Membership fees are a little high for a gym like this, especially without facilities such as locker rooms and showers, but considering the small town in which the gym is located along with level of training and services the owners offer (based on what I saw when I visited), the cost is completely reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Over the past several years this gym has made many improvements both in terms of equipment and space. When you consider what you get and the fact that it’s seldom too busy to get the equipment you want, this really is a great bargain!

Fantastic experience: My only issue with this location is the parking. But other than that it's a great gym to go to that's open 24/7 in town. And now with the added space upstairs, there's more room for exercising. Also the price is cheaper than what is listed online if you go in and sign up.

Fantastic experience: Tomi, our local manager, is always helpful, positive, encouraging and professional. She provides a motivational quotation on the white board to keep us engaged in our goals. Hats off to Tom I for making our workouts "work!!"
