Fantastic experience: Friendly and competent staff, excellent class instructors and the fitness center is clean

Fantastic experience: If you were thinking of joining this gym- PLEASE DO! From the moment I walked in the staff was extremely friendly, and informative around everything they had to offer. As we were doing the tour you can really see how they’ve made a small but mighty family of women who love being here (even the members are very friendly & can assure you you’ll love it here) The facility is extremely clean & has everything you could need for a proper work out, which got me excited to get started! I was only here for a day pass, but after experiencing the facility first hand & seeing how much fun everyone was having in their class (@8A on a SAT ) I immediately signed up! Can’t wait to come back & continue to be at femme!

Fantastic experience: My first impression of femme is that it’s super clean and the staff is so welcoming! The facility is equipped with up to date equipment, and the classes were packed and looked like a lot of fun. While touring the gym, the women who are already established were saying hello and vouching for the facility! Femme is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever gone to. It doesn’t even have that thick musty gym smell most commercial gyms have. The vibe in there is so cute and motivating even. It makes you want to work out The locker room/shower room feels so comfortable. Enough to make you actually want to shower at a gym lol. I was sold the second I walked in! I signed up before leaving without hesitation. I would recommend 10/10 for any ladies that need a clean, functional, man free gym to work out in!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I highly recommend it to any woman who wants to get in shape. You can join many classes here from strength training to zumba barre and yoga. The staff here is very friendly , extremely knowledgeable and motivating . You can also have a personal trainer or workout on your own with new clean equipment .

Fantastic experience: My experience with femme was been a very good one. This gym is for women only and the atmosphere makes me feel safe. The staff is warm and friendly. The instructors and trainers are highly skilled professionals. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting a good place to work out and have fun in the process.

Fantastic experience: Class was amazing. Small gym but has everything you need and is very clean. Mary is very helpful. Instructor was super motivating. Really kicked my butt in a good way lol. Will be back tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: My zumba instructor, Sarah started teaching at Femme during the pandemic. I was so happy I finally could take her class in person. After taking her class I immediately decided to join the gym because the place was very clean and everything seemed well cared for. I felt safe there. Since then It has been a great place for me to workout. I like to take classes like Barre, HIIT, and yoga because the instructors are amazing. Especially their zumba instructors are the best you can find in NJ. The staff and the owner Tara are very friendly and extremely helpful. They message you when there is a change in class schedule. No other gym provides such attention to gym members based on my experiences. Members are very welcoming and supportive toward each other and I felt at home right away. Femme provides safe and supportive environment for women to workout and I am so glad to have found this place.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Femme during the pandemic and the environment was always kept clean and safe. The members and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Tara the owner always puts the members first in every situation. I am a total Zumba fan and they have the best Zumba instructor and Kim is a superwoman who makes sure to work on every muscle you have in your body. I hated going to the gym before but once I signed up to this gym end of October and I have taken 166 classes because their classes are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in my venture to find an all women’s gym. I give it a 9/10! The staff is amazing & so friendly, the facility is always very clean & they offer robust package options (personal training sessions only, gym membership only, class packs only, or a mix of all the above!). Docking them one point ONLY because the gym is fairly small & it is a bit pricey. I do personal training with the amazing Glenda twice a week and after 4 weeks I already feel a huge difference. I’m so happy to have found this gem & id highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: i have had the best experience ever since i joined this gym! the staff is all so incredibly friendly, the rooms are all super clean and all equipment is well cared for. they have a really nice selection of classes to take and offer everything at really good prices :) i HIGHLY recommend visiting femme!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a warm hug. The members are awesome as well such friendly people. The instructors are fantastic!! Kim is amazing and zumba with Nina, that's just a happy hour right there!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Femme Fitness since March 2018. My first rating was 5 stars and my rating has not changed. The staff and instructors at Femme Fitness are top notch. The gym is always clean and the equipment is always in proper working order. Joining Femme Fitness was the best decision I made so I could achieve my fitness goals. Kudos to Nina and her staff!

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible- every time I'm there I never want to leave. The staff members I've interacted with are super friendly, highly motivating, and always helpful. The classes I've attended are awesome-I find myself amazed at how much I feel the workout in my body the next day... sometimes without even realizing that I had worked so hard in the class! I love the Zumba classes and instructors (I'm hoping for a Zumba class to be added on Fridays!) The facility is clean and nice. I wish my schedule allowed me to spend more time there!

Fantastic experience: Dynaaaamic front desk service, and even the manager was extremely kind! I was in route to another gym for a tour, and slowly drove by curious as to what this was... one of the front desk ladies kindly came out and waved (commeee on iiinnn) lol. I did, joined, and felt absolutely amazing!!! Extremelyyyy clean!! Great equipment, great size group rooms,.. just an amazing place!!! They literally wrap their arms around you... never felt so welcomed at a gym.

Fantastic experience: The one and only women's gym where you can achieve your fitness goals without getting judged by anyone. All kinds of classes that you are looking for you will find it here, very clean and spacious too. The staff at front desk is very friendly and understanding. All the instructors are good and they definitely are the best in what they are doing, they keep u motivated. This gym is indeed the best in Bergen County, no doubt about it

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym three weeks ago, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made in 2017. It's very clean; the staff are nice; there is a lot of positive signage around. The instructors whose classes I've taken so far are phenomenal: especially, if you are taking strength training or bootcamp type of classes. They are thorough, attentive to form and alignment, positive and motivating. I look forward to my time @ Femme Fitness.
