Fantastic experience: Absolutley the best workout anyone can imagine. Definately worth it. If you think you're tough, then see if you can make it past the bag driills first.The whole Ramos family welcomes beginners with open arms, and it is clear their passion for the sport is spreading through the Casa Grande community. C.G. is lucky to have them!
