Fantastic experience: This place is awesome, I recently started in January 2016, and already have seen amazing results. The coaches here are great and will help you with any questions you might have. They will help you set goals and reach them, There is a feeling of comradery at Crossfit 402 it's amazing, I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to start your CrossFit journey!

Fantastic experience: Just an absolutely fantastic experience top to bottom. Great staff and a great facility with training programs designed around MY individual situation, not some cookie cutter one size fits all approach. If you've even been remotely considering trying out Crossfit you owe it to yourself to try Mike and Crossfit 402. You will be glad you did.
