Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed being a member at this studio. Of course, the workout is great and I love that it is 45min - but that is only half the battle. The studio is well-maintained, easily accessible, and has lots of parking. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is clearly very passionate about helping the community achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether you are a newcomer or a seasoned athlete, this F45 location is the perfect supplement to your fitness routine.

Fantastic experience: The space is sanitized and organized after every class. All exercises are functional that hit all muscles in single class. The coach stands next to us throughout the workout to ensure proper form and provide appropriate modifications. They help modify advanced exercises without actually compromising the exercise itself.Their app provides recipes with macros and health education every week based on bmr and dietary preference. Its vegetarian friendly. They conduct challenges and raise money for charity. They have live and on demand workouts too.They provide heart rate monitor and high tech foam rollers. The membership options are simple and customizable. Very friendly and welcoming space.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for a couple of months now. Really great experience....from the flexible class times, to the exceptional instructors and unique routines, which always seem different, I am very pleased with the value F45 offers at this facility. Was looking at signing up with a competitor and am so glad a family member suggested F45. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! Jus two weeks in I am down 4 LB and feel amazing! I was nervous after COVID to get back into a gym, not only because of COVID but the weight gained in quarantine. After just 3 classes I am hooked! It's clean, everything is so nice, and the coach's really take the time to make sure you have the right form and provide modifications for work outs where needed. HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested! Plus getting the free trail really made it nice to not feel obligated after 1 class to sign up! :)

Fantastic experience: F45 is the ideal place to get a workout without a doubt. Ive signed up to other gyms, other HIIT/Crossfit places and F45 has the the right formula. The staff (Justin, Jerry, Megan, Sabrina) are awesome, always excited to work with you, and very knowledgable. They care and will work with you on form and finding the right resistance. You workout at THEIR pace but YOUR level! I went from doing pushups from my knees to full pushups in 2 weeks. If my arms cant handle anymore, ill go to my knees and keep pushing myself. I was also self conscious about how i look in the gym. Nobody has time look around!! Everyone is so focused on the exercise, its like tunnel vision. It has seriously boosted me self-image though! I feel healthier! They have an awesome trial program. Once i signed up and went to a few classes, I WAS HOOKED! Totally worth every penny! Last thing ill say is its super clean. Ive felt that Xsport, PlanetFitness, feel like you need to wipe things down before touching it and even the air is kind of clammy. Not this place. Everything always feels fresh and clean!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the time I’ve spent at F45. The trainers have been very attentive and friendly. The workouts are challenging and the routines are easy to catch onto. The equipment is all laid out specifically for each exercise allowing every workout to be fast-paced and well thought out. The amenities are basic, but the equipment is nice, and the concept works for me. I just show up with a good attitude and walk away healthier.

This place turned into being a place to get healthy and fit, my oasis from stress, and an escape from the new normal. The trainers are great, and engaging, the owners open to listen to feedback. We needed a spot like this in EGV!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time with F45 recently. I've been impressed by the classes they've been running during these Covid times, and have loved the energy that the instructors bring to the sessions. It had a family feel to it all, with a desire to personally encourage us, while also being challenging and a serious workout. I would highly recommend Justin and his team at Elk Grove. If I lived closer, I would be continuing to attend in person not just on zoom!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have enjoyed training at f45 since they opened earlier this year. Early in the pandemic we attended their virtual courses, which were very engaging and offered a great workout. More recently, we have attended classes in person where we’ve been impressed by their focus on keeping us safe by taking our temp when we walk in the door, making sure everything is wiped down & cleaned regularly, and encouraging social distancing in the gym. The classes are fun but kick my butt by the end! The trainers are super knowledgeable and the other members make it a very welcoming environment. We highly recommend giving this gym a try!
