The variety of equipment and machines available as well as the fun, friendly, and respectful clients make it an easy and enjoyable gym to train at, no matter your experience, age, or physical ability. There is also a very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are eager to answer your questions and assist you with personal training or any other needs and concerns you may have.

Fantastic experience: The Zone is now owned by Brian and Rob who are on-site a great deal of the time and are really helpful and friendly. The gym recently moved to the old YMCA building which has tons of room and a very nice locker areas. Open 24 hours, The Zone is convenient and I believe is one of the lowest costs gyms in the area. They have all the equipment you need, a separate women's area and a non-judgemental environment. My husband loves the Zone too and considers the folks there as "family."
