Fantastic experience: I've been training with Brandon for in the neighborhood of two years. I love the results I'm getting. I've packed on ~15lbs of muscle mass. More than that I look forward to training. Brandon's uses his understanding of human kinesiology and physiology to make my routines exacting. With his help I have been able to build not just muscle, but muscle memory for isolation. There is focus on breathing, loosening my neck where I clench and learning the sensation related to hitting the desired muscle. He is reliable, flexible, friendly and takes the time to educate. A+

Fantastic experience: The full body workouts you get at Train Right Fitness are the best thing that has happened to me in terms of strength training and my fitness goals.
