Fantastic experience: Very supportive and encouraging members at this gym. Trainers that are knowledgeable and always watching to help you tweak your form. All fitness levels are at this gym and workouts are modified to fit each person. I’ve never worked out a day in my life and 8 months in, I’m all in! Diabetic and finally trying to do something about it. A1C lowest it’s been in over 15 years.

Fantastic experience: Any fitness level is welcome. The trainers will modify the WOD for any fitness level. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and very passionate in helping all the gym members.

Fantastic experience: The owner and his team of trainers are awesome - very passionate and welcoming - always helping you to push yourself while ensuring good form and fundamentals. The member community is extremely friendly and inclusive which makes the workouts much more enjoyable. The facility itself is always clean and they sell SFH and progenix proteins and kill cliffs drinks and rx bars.
