Powerhouse Gym Fraser

Fantastic experience: Me and my friend signed up yesterday and the staff has nothing but made our days better. The manager is very cool and the management is very good. This gym is highly well kept up and I’ve heard that there will be upgrades soon that I am very happy to see. This gym is very clean and often the people there don’t look at you weird or talk bad about you, they are highly motivating and want the best for you. Overall the best gym I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Just visited Mac gym in fraser to cancel my membership. I was a previous powerhouse attendee and was unaware of the new switch to Mac gym. Met with Garry the head manager to go over cancelling but before we did so Gary decided to show me around and let me know of the recent changes that had been going on since the new company’s takeover. Glad to say Gary convinced me to stay. The new Mac Gym in Fraser is very cleanly, has great membership pricing, very good assortment of weight and cardio machines, very friendly and helpful staff and open 24/7 which is a huge plus. Would highly recommend checking it out if your looking for a place to go for any fitness need.

Fantastic experience: I love the vibe of this gym, if you want to put the hoodie up and grind do so. If you want to wear a cut off do so. Everyone wipes the machines down and they always have sanitizer spray at several stations.

I've seen babies grow into adults and start there very own fitness journey inside the very same walls there parents have... at first when mac came and bought power house I was a little weary of the change. In time though I have learned to love the mac staff like family as we grow as a fmaily here's to another 18 years watching kids grow into athletes here at mac gym

Fantastic experience: I’m definitely impressed with Powerhouse Gym in Fraser, Michigan. The staff is AWESOME, especially Sophie and Miranda ! They’re always willing to go the extra mile to assist you. The gym is always clean, with well thought out exercise stations and a great selection of machines and free weights. The members seem very respectful of one another, always wiping equipment down, when they’re done with it. I must admit that for the most part, the members are very friendly, at least that’s been my experience so far in my first four months of coming here. If you’re looking for a great gym, with an amazing staff, look no further than Powerhouse Gym in Fraser, Michigan.

Fantastic experience: I was leary about staying when the gym changed over to MAC, but our family of five just re-newed for another year. I like the changes being made. It's cleaner and brighter. The manager, Garry is growing on me. Lol He greets members with a smile and seems genuinely prideful of the gyms improvements. I really enjoy the yoga classes with Donnie. He makes sure everyone is comfortable practicing yoga at their own skill level and provides options for the poses so either a beginner or someone advanced can benefit. For now we like this neighborhood feel over the glitter of a bigger corporate style gym.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more complementary of this Gym. With the recent owner transition the entire staff has been very forward with information and very helpful regarding the changes and updates. The improvements have been substantial. The lighting and equipment layout has significantly improved and changed the atmosphere in a positive way. 24 hour access, 7 days a week is very accommodating for those with a busy lifestyle. The entire staff is friendly and very personable that doesn’t end after you sign your membership. Nothing but positive things to say about the gym, staff, and owners.

Fantastic experience: Since starting at MAC my life has changed. I started as a member at our Saint Clair Sores location. When I first went in I had an outstanding experience from any other gym. I felt welcomed and like they truly cared. I was recruited as a personal trainer. I was expressing to Garry and JR that I was lost and wanted to do something I was passionate about.... fitness has always been that for me. It saved my life in the darkest times. Anyways, shortly after joining I had 3 clients and LOVED what I did. I must've impressed the owners/management since I've moved up to now Regional Manager. WOW. with in 6 months the care, support, and unconditional love from the MAC team/family I now am no longer lost. They believed in me, when even I didn't. I say this openly because THIS is what MAC is. We will support and care for you and your goals in whatever you are looking for! I know when I have a new guest I treat them how I have been treated, as for the rest of us. Come visit me sometime in SCS, you'll fall in love with our club here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at MAC 1 for many years now. Decided to check out the Fraser location today I love it. I felt just as at home as I do at the Mount Clemens location. The staff was great, I was really happy to see Gary there, his energy and personality makes everyone feel welcome. A lot of equipment and machines to chose from, MAC really is one of a kind!! Fantastic experience: I Just signed up as a member at the new Mac gym in Fraser, MI. and did a fitness assessment with a nationally certified trainer named Taylor, what an amazing experience. Anyone looking for a 1 on 1 training or a gym with everything under one umbrella, go see Garry and have him set you up with Taylor. Honestly a great gym with a great community and awesome locations. If you want to get away from crowded commercial gyms this is the perfect option for you.

Fantastic experience: LOVE this gym… well stocked for every fitness level. The staff is super friendly, the equipment clean, organized, and well maintained. The trainers are very knowledgeable and professional. Having significant osteoarthritis, Billy has developed knee-friendly work outs for me, He pushes me/encourages me when I really need it. Most importantly, he’s taught me how to modify exercises to avoid injury while maintaining the effectiveness of the exercise. I know my way around a gym now and know how to weight train properly. I am truly grateful. One of the things I love most about Powerhouse Fraser is the atmosphere - the members are so very friendly but very respectful of your space - never rushing you to complete a set or give up a piece of equipment. The owner John is “present” and knows everyone by name. They also offer a variety of group fitness classes… try out this gym, you won’t be disappointed.

Positive experience: The only gym where I’m in and out with a satisfying workout. As a Realtor with a busy schedule I don’t have time to wait for any machines. I’ve tried other gyms since I moved but had me going back to powerhouse Fraser. Offers child care and a smoothie bar.

Fantastic experience: Powerhouse Gym has been a wonderful place to work out and get control of my weight. The trainers are experienced and great to work with. They make major efforts to work with those of us who are a wee bit older and not so nimble any more. Equipment is always in good working order and kept clean. All members, clean they machines that they use both before and after use and are polite and courteous to fellow members. I cant say enough about the gym. It is a great place to exercise and meet friends.

Fantastic experience: This place has been home to me and many other people for years now. It’s even better under the new ownership that was recently changed this year. It’s smaller than most gyms and I thought that would be a problem, but the setup and equipment is great. The new owner is progressively improving this gym, in regards to employees, equipment, and better cleaning products. I would suggest you be apart of the Powerhouse family, you won’t regret it!
