We understand how intimidating it can be to join a new fitness community - especially a CrossFit gym. Don't worry, our coaches and Brickyard members are ready to welcome you and help you get started! You are definitely not in this alone. Our trainers have a combined 50+ years of experience. We are knowledgeable and passionate about creating a supportive environment and unique programming. No matter your current fitness level, we'll help you figure out exactly where to start!Your Brickyard coaches are here to help you get the most out of the time you spend with us. We have built a membership community that is easy and comfortable to join. Workouts are fun and INTENSE! We know you will crave more and more challenges every time! Absolutely not! Our CrossFit classes and unique programming will get you fit. No matter what your current fitness level is, we will scale a program that is right for you. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our members scale workouts for a variety of reasons, and remember, everyone was new to CrossFit at some point.
Awesome! First, get in touch with us and we’ll set up a time for you to meet with one of our coaches. Then you’ll likely start with our Foundations program where we will teach you everything you need to know to jump into our CrossFit Classes in a safe and fun way!
Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness. And you’re really going to love walking into the gym every day!
Yes. All of our classes present an opportunity to meet new people. And, we love having social events, competitions, and other fun activities to gather together. Brickyard CrossFit was started by a group of friends, FOR a group of friends. We can’t wait to meet you!

2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at this level of intensity. All that means is, in the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.

I haven’t been disappointed. No matter how hard the workout, I always have fun and leave excite to share what I’ve accomplished with my partner and my grandchildren, especially my 23 year old granddaughter who took up weightlifting and inspired me to return to something I, too, love.

Fantastic experience: I have always stayed in shape during my 62 year life but Brickyard Cross Fit has gotten me into the best physical condition of my life. The motivation that the instructors and other members have given to me has pushed me much further than I could have ever done on my own. I am building endurance, strength and muscle mass and I feel great! In my retirement from teaching, I work part-time in a precast concrete yard and am able to move 100 pound structures using my added strength and Cross Fit techniques. I now feel like a man of 22 instead of 62! Thank you Brickyard Cross Fit for enhancing my health and introducing me to an incredible community of dedicated individuals.

Fantastic experience: I am heading into my second month with Brickyard CrossFit and I really appreciate the community! The coaches are encouraging and truly want to see you grow stronger and healthier. There is no pressure to look or be a certain way since it is a judgement free-zone. What I appreciate most is the dedication to having good form. When I worked out in the gym I knew my form could be better and wanted tips. Joining Brickyard was one of the best decisions to continuing my journey to live a healthy, active life. Two months in and I already see my form getting better and my strength increasing. There's multiple options for classes that will accommodate your schedule. The four foundation classes will help you learn the basics and in no time you'll be jumping right in.

Fantastic experience: Amazing group of individuals that push you to be your best self. There is a sense of community around a common goal of improving one's physical well-being. Coaches work with you from exactly where you are, providing the right amount of challenge to help you improve while not being overwhelmed. Other participants are just as quick to cheer you on every step of the way. At the end of every workout, as I am catching my breath, my only thought is "what are we doing tomorrow?"
