Fantastic experience: Kumo is more than just a gym, its a place were u dont just make friends you make family, dont just go to do weight but to learn, its the best gym in town no question about it. I love it very presentable, clean, well orientated, friendly people- friendly faces, help when you need it and efficient. two thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing experience here. When I walked in I was super nervous and out of shape, I ran into Justin and he become my personal trainer. I can’t say enough good things about Justin. He will definitely push you but he loves what he does and invest in each of his clients. He made working out fun for me for the first time in years. Unfortunately I had to move but I think about Justin and this gym frequently and I don’t think anyone else will compare.

He is encouraging, enthusiastic and genuinely loves helping others reach their fitness goals. He is there to push you when you need to be pushed, motivates you when you are ready to give up and provides you with tools for you to start living/eating a healthier lifestyle that works. The staff and owner are great, and really are looking to help you out. I really appreciate it, ya'll are life savers!

Fantastic experience: I've been signed up to other gyms in EP, this is hands down the best place to train in the city. This gym has it all, cardio section, good weightlifting section(machines/freeweights/unmatched barbell selection), lots of crossfit equipment and a large MMA/boxing area. Whether you are into crossfit, powerlifting, bodybuilding or are looking to start your fitness journey(guys and girls) you should definitely check this place out. The staff are very friendly and helpful always. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
