Crunch Fitness - Boise Black Eagle

Fantastic experience: Staff was helpful and eager, the gym is equipped with an array of machines and free weights, and the Zumba class and instructor were awesome!

Fantastic experience: I like my gym. It's not perfect but it doesn't need to be. It's a gym. As long as you know why you show up to gym, you don't need be upset over small issues (example: gym not being clean enough). I recommend people avoid giving low reviews. There are other gyms they can try. No need to look like bunch of "Karen's". Smile and be happy. -Artoun

Fantastic experience: This is my stomping ground I love the staff here and this is where I hulk smash and get my flex and pump on. I love to strut and commando because that's what alphas do lol. I enjoy their dry sauna and all their amenities I think my tan is getting tan. Hoorah to all the great employees thanks for keeping the place clean and being friendly and letting me tear it up on the weight floor with my pump.

Fantastic experience: Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! The manager at this gym is so extremely nice and personable. I had issues with my account that a manager at another Crunch gym refused to help me with and I got off the phone so upset. Called Crunch- Boise Black Eagle and the manager helped me immediately with no questions asked. I will continue going to this gym for as long as I am in Boise!

Positive experience: I personally like how kind & laid back all the employees are that I've talked to. My one complaint is how this week they've opened late almost every day. On Monday 1.10.22 I showed up at 4:25 am and when I left & swung back around they still weren't open by 6:30 am. The other days they've opened around 4:45. A little inconvenient when I have work early & not much time to work out afterwards. I just hope the employee from Monday slept in & nothing terrible happened.

Fantastic experience: I first started going to Crunch Fitness based on my brother's recommendation. They have friendly staff who seem interested in helping their members get the most out of their workout time. They have one on one training and group fitness classes as well as the option of going it alone and working at your own pace. I haven't really been that interested in tailoring a workout regimen of my own, however, the equipment and the trainers are there for you to use if you so choose to get into shape. Exercise for me helps to clear my mind and body of stress; allowing me to feel more productive and clear of mind. The membership fees are affordable. I pay a little under $40 a month and I have access to the entire facility and it's amenities 7 days a week. I choose to pay for towel service so I never have to worry about not having a towel or forgetting to bring one. At $5.00 a month it's a small price to pay for this service. If you're looking for a great place that will help you achieve your fitness goals, you just might give the team at Crunch Fitness a chance to help you succeed where other places might not do so.

Fantastic experience: Definitely worth the price of membership. Been a member here for a few months now and it's really never overcrowded, they keep the place clean and the machines and weights aren't very old. It's definitely not a top of the line gym but they don't pretend to be either. The place isn't a dump which is always a plus for a gym.

Fantastic experience: The fact that they’re actually waiting for the government to say that they HAVE to shut down is worth a 5 star rating. Been at planet fitness for the past month but they closed bc of Fear. Will 100% make a permanent switch if the facility is nice and can keep open.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Boise if you're looking for free weights and real gaines. The staff is awesome here and the facility had been able to remain open I think because everyone there contributes to keeping it clean and safe.

Fantastic experience: I believe these reviews need to be updated. There is a new manager, John, who took over recently and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement with every aspect of the gym. It wasn’t bad before, but is absolutely phenomenal now. The staff is very upbeat, the facility is clean, and the environment of the club is terrific. I would definitely recommend this club.

Fantastic experience: I had let Mack know I wanted to sign up and he came to ME!! He gave me an insane promotion and I was signed up within 5 minutes. Also love how straightforward everything is with the option of month to month. Will be a Crunch member fo life!!

His positive energy, friendliness, great sense of humor and professionalism makes this place shine brighter :). Fantastic experience: This place has been awesome. They make the atmosphere enjoyable and the workers are extremely kind. I can't tell you how many times management has been a blessing. Anyways, I don't think I'll ever change my lifestyle from going to the crunch. It's an awesome outfit.

Fantastic experience: Crunch gym has improved the last few months when they merged the gyms. Current manager Kyle and office rep. Preston have been instrumental in giving good custumer service and making sure the crew keeps the place clean. For me, they have also helped me meet a need with my physical therapy routine that I do in their gym that I was having trouble figuring out. The blond trainers (did not catch their name) have also helped with a smile when they are not busy.

Fantastic experience: Been a long time member of IAC and was sad to see them go.... but I'm also happy they did. The crunch company takes pride in their facilities and they've already upgraded the pre-existing and dated IAC equipment. Good rates and pretty happy to be a member once again.
