Fantastic experience: Fabulous coaches. Excellent results. Supportive and friendly atmosphere -- other athletes get into it too! Great for any fitness level because they teach you to scale activities to your own ability while still keeping an eye on you as you work out. Interesting and diverse workouts -- no two days are ever identical -- so I'm never bored.

Fantastic experience: Community oriented gym with friendly staff and lots options for exercise for everyone including machines, free weights, personal training and classes

Fantastic experience: A great place to start my mornings! All the basic weight and cardio machines are here, along with the friendliest, most helpful staff you can imagine. Most classes and limited childcare are included. I wouldn't mind a shower or longer Saturday hours, but the affordable price and strong sense of community more than make up for this.
