Fantastic experience: Love all the classes and instructors here! Great energy with body positive reminders everywhere. Tried the 7 day free trial and was quickly hooked. Woman owned for women only makes it super comfortable and clean! They have all the basic machines, weights, and then some for the wonder women who like kettlebells and more. 24/7 access also a great perk for the morning larks and night owls ;)

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! Got the seven day pass but knew I'd sign up after the first day. Everyone (staff and members) are so friendly. Classes are awesome. All ages. Go at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: Women gym clean lots of space! The owner Tammy is very nice and helpful. You can work out 24/7 with access anytime. Which makes it even better! Lots of equipment to work with as well as different classes at all levels.

Fantastic experience: Great local all women's gym in Castro Valley and a small locally owned business. I have been coming here on and off for several years but now I am back full time since I work in this area again! They have everything you need from machines, squat rack, and dumbell/kettlebells. They also are back to 24 hour access which is great if you train early in the morning like me or late at night! Wonderful owner and friendly group of people overall. Support your local woman owned business! =)
