Fantastic experience: Training with Prodigy Performance took the players on my baseball team to the next level. Andrew's outstanding training regiment put the team in great shape leading up to our regular season. His coaching is excellent and helps everyone excel, especially on core and lower body strength. He works well with players of all ages and his passionate approach to training youth players is outstanding. I can confidently say that I will continue our teams' training with Andrew and Prodigy Performance.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Andrew Hamel for any of your fitness training needs. He not only is a knowledgeable professional, but he is someone who truly cares. Our high school age son, a baseball player, worked with Andrew in weight training, speed & agility skills, as well as working to put weight on his slender frame in a safe way. Andrew tailored an excellent, manageable program just for him and paid close attention to every detail. He gave our son the confidence he needed to succeed. Not only did Andrew take the time to get to know our son as an individual athlete, but also as a person and was able to motivate him the best way possible.

Fantastic experience: Andrew is not your regular everyday personal trainer. He has the knowledge and background to create a program that is specific to your needs that will help you achieve the goals you want. I attended one of Prodigy's boot camps and the thing that I learned was that if you want to make a real difference in your health and body you need to have someone like Andrew helping you make that happen. I can go to the gym all day and do what I want and see minimal results or I can have Andrew train me and push me so I can have the results I want. Prodigy Performance is also very community conscious and are constantly supporting non profits and charities. I highly recommend attending one of their "Boot Camps for a Cause". It is the perfect opportunity to see what they can do for you, help a good cause, and get a great workout all at once.

Fantastic experience: Good program and follow up from team. Very time efficient and allows you to set time and cadence which is great if you are someone who struggles to make it on time for scheduled class.

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been at Prodigy a month, but I really love this place! Great coaches and great clients who really do seem like one big family in a nice, clean facility. I love that we can do strength training on one side and fat burn classes on the other side (and so nice to be able to do the classes outdoor when possible).

Fantastic experience: This place is really awesome. They ask you what your goals are and the personalize a different workouts for you to do and I can definitely see the results as I go further into the program. The trainers will help you when you need and will be with you and monitor you when you workout and let you know if you need to make an adjustment.

Fantastic experience: I love Prodigy! It seriously is like having a personal trainer every time I'm there. They set up a work-out according to your personal goals and trainers are there to help with every work-out. And it's like a family there!

Fantastic experience: Andrew is the kindest, warmest, most generous-spirited gym owner you will find. He knows all of his clients by name, cares about them, and provides more than just great workouts. He wants each client to reach their goals. He offers additional guidance on health, motivation, and more. I switched from a Cross-Fit gym that I had been at for nearly 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with Prodigy Fitness. A great "fit"!

Fantastic experience: When I joined Prodigy I had been training solo, mostly running, but lacked any type of consistency or regimented program. That all changed when I joined Prodigy and in less than a year, through dedicated and support of the community that workout at Prodigy, I lost close to 30 lbs! I still am a regular at Prodigy and yes, I come for the workout, but I also come for the people. I never feel shy, but constant support, and this is reflected by everyone who steps into the gym. Thanks Andrew for being the driving force for positivity and going the extra mile than any gym I've joined in the past.

Fantastic experience: I recently affiliated with Prodigy Fitness after six years at my prior gym. I work out 6 days a week. Andrew and his team of trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Our work outs are a great mix of strength and cardio. I would highly recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Prodigy Fitness is the bomb dot com! I've been working out here since 2015. I am able to do things that I never could imagine. From just being able to lift a 35lb bar to deadlifting 245lbs! I believe in this place so much that this year I started working here. The atmosphere, the people, the coach! I love my fitfam! We see each other and support each other in and out of the gym! With Andrews guidance and training I've completed a few Spartan Sprints, this year I did my first Super and this September I will be completing my First Spartan Trifecta in Tahoe!

Fantastic experience: Time flies. Wrote my first review of Prodigy in June 2015. So, it's been 3 years! Andrew has tailored my 2x weekly program (box jumps, deadlifts, lunges, hamstring curls) for the strength I need to avoid injury, plus more (deadbugs, inverted rows, dumbell presses, pullups, pushups, squats). Recently, added: Assault Fitness AirBike. Intervals on that one are tough, but I'm looking forward to see the results. I'm still playing soccer, and I feel like I did in 2015. Bumps, bruises, soreness...sure. But I've had no "self-inflicted" debilitating problems like calf, quad, or hamstring pulls. Prodigy continues to help me sidestep time. I'm 64. Thank you, Andrew.

Fantastic experience: I've attended Prodigy since 2016 and have always found their work out classes to be energetic, fun, and challenging. Andrew has been a great trainer and is attentive to each individual. My daughter also attended athlete development training during the summer. She absolutely loved the trainings and guidance she got in Andrew's class.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Prodigy for over a year now and look forward to going every week! There are many great things to say about Andrew and his team. If you are looking for a positive and community like atmosphere in your workout location, this is the place. Andrew is very knowledgable and has an extensive background in sports performance and is able to focus on you individually to ensure every workout is safe while achieving the results you want and need at any stage of your life. (From Sports training to becoming healthy to just maintaining). My workout with Andrew is always fun yet serious at the same time which works well for me to keep me engaged. Lastly, the members there are awesome and there is no intimidation so joining class is always a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: Andrew is a fantastic trainer and his evening group training sessions are so much fun. He changes up each workout so there is always a muscle you didn't know you had feeling it the next day. Andrew and Amanda invite everyone to participate in local runs and challenges outside the gym. It feels like family.
