Very informative she explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to give me my access key meeting me on her day off. I highly recommend this gym. The gym has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. I am super excited about my new membership here “ I love Mrs. Tammie, she is the absolute best!!!” Thank you Mrs Tammie! ☺️

Fantastic experience: This place is great been going for about three years now and I don't even have a membership. I just go a night and follow someone else in.

Positive experience: Joined this gym about 4 days ago. So far so good. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you would need to get a good workout. There are no classes or trainers walking around but if you don't need that then great gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to go. Staff is very personable. Keep in mind that this is a smaller gym that doesn't have as many amenities as larger ones. Great local workout spot.

Fantastic experience: I am not real gym experienced but my wife and I started not long ago wanting to do weight training. The staff has been very nice and there is plenty of equipment both machines and free weights. Personally as someone who has always had weight problems gyms can sometimes be less than fun. Here there are plenty of people who are pretty built but no one has treated us like we don't belong. I do recommend this gym. Once you are a member you get a key card and it is a 24 hr gym, so you can go whenever you want.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a couple weeks and like it so far. The staff is exceptionally nice and answers any questions I have. This is my first gym experience but so far I like what I see. The machines are nice as far as I'm concerned; they do their job and are well-maintained. Everyone keeps equipment put up, clean and safe. The attitude at this gym is positive and upbeat; everyone is pretty laid back. A clean gym to visit close to home, highly recommend, awesome staff.
