Fantastic experience: Tons of equipment some of the original from family fitness that was still good to use and plenty of new equipment like HOIST and hammer strength machines and my favorite ones to use. New treadmills nice boxing setup that doesn’t take up space and just utilized old space from before. Two power racks and two deadlift platforms a big upgrade from before. Lots of familiar faces with staff and always friendly.

Fantastic experience: So far I got great customer service and I love the fact that it's 24/7. I'm able to work out whenever it fits my schedule with the pro plan. And also I get access to all of the classes to. Sadly with my work schedule I'm not able to take the classes but it still works for me for the fact that I can rehabilitate my arms. The rest of my body does need work to after my accident but heck with a proper diet I'm sure my bones will start growing sooner or later. Anyways. The staff here is great especially Chelsea (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) she's the one that got me convinced with the pro plan. Even got a year membership. They even have a boxing training program which is great but I'm a have to stick to the videos for now on YouTube. I do recommend this place for your daily workout. It truly does open up to get the pro for the unlimited 24/7 access which they do have a monthly membership. Just cheaper to get the yearly. 30 day notice cancelation to avoid the 75 dollar fee but anyways it's still worth it. I'm typically there in the morning and after work so heck you might see me there. Just say Austin Groch recommend it on Google review and you'd be helping me out on a referal for a 25 dollar Amazon gift card which will help me get supplies I need for getting back into shape. Fantastic experience: This is a great facility and the owners are constantly working to replace and add additional equipment. Just like every gym, there are some lunk heads that don’t clean up after themselves. Highly recommend this place. Staff is great and attentive as well.

Fantastic experience: As a guy I consider myself very athletic. Havn't done yoga in years and decided to drop in with my gf for a fundraiser. The yoga was challenging and made me feel really good afterwards. Tammy is a great instructor and makes you feel included, and the front desk lady was super nice.

I like that it’s a 24 hours gym cause I prefer to come in later in the evening. I’m glad I signed up for the membership. The owner Sunny is incredibly warm, kind, and wonderful to talk to.

Love the fact that they offer 24/7 access and have daycare available, too. So far, we love our membership there.

Fantastic experience: I love the friendly atmosphere that the instructors and participants have created! It is a joy to be in Regina's Zumba class, Tammy's Yoga and weight class and Lucy's step aerobics! Sunny has modernized the gym to make it very inviting and has added client participation days. On one of those occasions, I won a raffle for a barbecue grill and gave it to a family who really needed it!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and the new owner is super friendly and nice. They went the extra mile to revamp the place when they changed owners with all new equipment and make you feel safe during a pandemic with sanitizer bottles on demand at all times to wipe down equipment. I don't worry about working out in a mask when it's a place I enjoy going to.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym experiences I've had in Holland, MI. When I moved in here I was looking for: - friendly environment; - group classes; - good price deal; - local business (preferably family owned business). After long researching and visiting multiple gyms in the area (both south and north side) I walked into Family Fitness and was really stunned to find out that all my checkmarks had been crossed in here. It is also under new ownership and the owner is doing lots of improvements inside: new flooring, new workout machines, fresh painting, remodeling of the daycare, group class room, cafeteria, etc. Highly recommend this gym!
