Fantastic experience: I joined as a virtual member to this gym in November 2021. The staff is kind and helpful and their app has daily classes with the owner (M-F), nutrition classes, and therapy sessions all included in being a member. Since joining I’ve lost almost 35 pounds, I’ve utilized the meal plan I was provided on a regular basis, and I’m beginning to grow & make lifestyle changes that are affecting not only my life but the lives of my kids as well. Not to mention the different classes that physically take place at the gym. It’s a pretty cool place that I’m glad to have come across.

John has grown the gym to be even better this is truly resultsville and he really cares about each and every client that walks thru the door which is why I always go back Grindtime will forever be my home gym Been going off and on since 2016 and still met with the same love and motivation each time I come back the level of workouts has gotten better!!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome place to be associated with. It offers training and supplements, and any questions you have about the equipment is quickly handled by one of the employees on schedule.

Fantastic experience: John is THE TRUTH!! Although I fussed throughout the process, it was well worth it!! John not only gives you that push that you need most times but he's also very passionate about words of affirmation and motivating you verbally!! I attended his classes from Oct 2019 to March 2020 and saw great results!! I will be going back to tone and tighten once the outdoor sessions start back up, I have a wedding dress to get into now❤.
