Fantastic experience: This gym is great. It has everything you need and the people are awesome. On multiple occasions the trainers there helped me out. The equipment is spaced out and sometimes I am the only person in the gym. If you are serious about getting a workout in Patriot Strength and Fitness is the place.

I was only in TX for three days for a work trip, and was able to communicate with the owner via email to get access and do drop ins, but I'm so glad I did. If you are looking for a gym with access to equipment for strength training, this is the one!

With everything in equipment you can think of you can reach your goals with no problem. Always clean and organized and the staff is so helpful and instructive if you are unfamiliar with a workout or a piece of equipment. Come by and check it out for yourselves.

You will not find a better place to work out, and the 24/7 access is a huge. This gym is Veteran owned and operated.

All the Patriot team is passionate and professional in every aspect. Brittany is a true master of her trade! You will definitely get your moneys worth training with her mentally and physically. Patriots gym, members and staff will inspire you to push yourself to new heights. Must give this gym a chance.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this facility. Going to a gym, especially one where so many members are extremely knowledgeable about lifting, can be intimidating; however I have never felt that way here. The staff is wonderful and full information regarding questions/concerns. The members are nice as well. Everyone is approachable. The monthly membership fee is more than fair and affordable. I recommend Patriot to anyone.
