Fantastic experience: Jerome and Will have developed an all around great facility for all of your health and wellness needs! Whether you need chiropractic care, personal training, rehab, etc., you can find it here for all ages! Especially if you don’t feel like dealing with a huge, busy, crowded gyms. Jerome’s monthly plan has been great for keeping my son adjusted and stretched out as he’s growing like crazy. I highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: Tuff sports is a very cool place that always leaves you with a great experience every time you go! The staff is very laid back but super committed to helping you reach your goals at whatever cost. There’s definitely a love-hate relationship but at the end of the day you’re glad with the results of leaving there better than you came!

Fantastic experience: My friend referred me to personal trainer Will and this has to be the best referral from a friend ever. I was looking for a PT for my Mom and I to spend quality time together. In over 2 months, we have seen results that we didn’t think were possible to achieve with just 3 days a week, 30 min session each. I love how Will knows how to personalize our program to fit our fitness level and lifestyle. Not only that, we never get bored since every workout is different and we never know what we are going to get until we are in it. He is not the type of trainer who screams and yells, he’s the type who will motivate you to motivate yourself. He is inspirational, spiritual, and most importantly he cares about you. We can feel that this is his passion and life. We can’t wait to see what is to come in the next few months. Fantastic experience: Will has provided personal training to our son for three years and it has been a fantastic opportunity for our son to build strength and agility in order to compete at his highest level on the baseball field. He has incorporated teaching our son how to care for his body as he develops and has pushed him. He has fun, he is getting stronger and faster on the field. Great workouts that are personalized for him and his goals!
