Fantastic experience: This is by far my most favorite gym I’ve ever been too. It’s not big but it has all the equipment you might need. It’s usually not too crowded, it’s super clean and the staff is extremely nice. If you’re looking for a gym with a positive, relaxing atmosphere without the whole “no pain no gain” shtick, this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I found Clarity on IG and sent in a request for more info. God bless Amelia’s patient heart! I had to reschedule my free walk through a few times because of my work schedule. She politely texted to check in with me until I scheduled a Friday Yoga Rejuvenate class. TJ conducted my walk-through tour and did an amazing job telling me about the gym equipment and facilities. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the environment was body positive. 10/10, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Clarity has a refreshing take on what movement can mean, and that is reflected in both the attitudes of the staff and the aesthetics of the space. After taking one of their body positive online courses, I joined the gym and have worked out with both Henley and Abbey as a personal training client. Both of these decisions have been an important part of healing my relationship with my body after years of compulsive excercise and restriction. So, if you’re ready to step away from impersonal, often grimy (as in, what’s that gunk on the treadmill but also why the focus on BMI), rat race of what most gyms promote, then Clarity is the place to be. Aimed at capturing a clientele who know they want to step out of diet culture and pursue whole person wellness, Clarity is just as great a place to workout for those who may not even know what diet culture is or the avid fit person looking for a well designed and well equipped space for their routine. Plus it’s conveniently located on the square and they have all kinds of great monthly programming. Must try!

Fantastic experience: This gym is hands down one of the best I’ve ever worked out at (I’ve been to LA Fitness, Lifetime, and other small training gyms in the Atlanta area). The trainers are always friendly and willing to help, the equipment is very nice and lots of top of the line options, and they have covid protocols in place to make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: Clarity is an absolutely gorgeous gym with awesome front desk staff and exceptional class instructors, too!! I highly recommend the TRX class with Sky. It is a comprehensive, challenging and creative workout~ she does an excellent job demonstrating the moves, providing good cues to help us find the correct form and just being encouraging and fun to spend the morning with! I’m so happy I found this gym!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough amazing things about Clarity Fitness. The vision and brand for this gym is on point to where the fitness industry is heading. Working out should be because it feels good, not because you have to look a certain way or compete with the person next to you. Clarity is centered around body positivity and joyful movement. Total no judgement zone where you can just be yourself and be surrounded by like minded people. If you are looking for a whole new gym experience, you should head over there today and experience all it has to offer. I've enjoyed my personal training sessions and it's so clean too!

Fantastic experience: This is amazing space to get, be, and stay well! I was a personal trainer in college, and one of the reasons I got out of the fitness industry was because of the toxic culture and overemphasis on aesthetics when it comes to health and well-being. The environment is so important when it comes to the places you spend your time in, and Clarity nails it! Everyone is friendly, and they have put a lot of thought into their COVID safety protocols as well.

Clarity's commitment to making fitness accessible to all people - no matter their shape or size or ability is a real breath of fresh air in a world clouded with the wrong messages about body size and health. Participating in the Clarity Fitness Body Positive Wellness Course recently was amazing - it was a great opportunity to spend time reflecting on what it means to be Body Positive with other people struggling with accepting our bodies as they are. It was great that some of the amazing staff at Clarity joined in as participants too - real sign of their dedication to the mission of the gym!
