Fantastic experience: This is a true gym! Tons of weights and a powerlifting area! Doug is great and very friendly! Runs a great gym! Everyone is friendly and it's a very family like environment! If you want to get to the next level this is the gym to do it! Love it!

Fantastic experience: My contest prep coach works out of this gym, he is awesome. The gym itself is pretty good, I go up about once a week to meet with my coach and I usually end up training there while I am at it

Fantastic experience: A real gym with training available at a reasonable cost

Positive experience: Small local gym with free weights in the back and cardio equipment and machines up front. Weights area needs to have the floor leveled but otherwise well equipped. Also there is no attendant up front but the owner is generally easy to get in touch with if there is a problem. Well worth the modest month to month membership cost.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for over a couple years now. It is a nice private gym with all the equipment a person would need. The hours are great and they offer a panoply of services (Personal training, Karate, etc.) I highly recommend coming to this gym.
