Fantastic experience: Great gym. Never too busy, tons of weights/machines/cardio. Whoever picks the music does a good job. Tanning sauna daycare all nice. I don't take any classes but the trainer is very friendly and people seem to enjoy the classes. Think they lowered prices which is nice. Most days open 24 hrs A good place if you're a bit more serious or trying to avoid being crammed in like sardines like some of the chains around here.

Fantastic experience: This is definitely an excellent gym. I called to get information and Jeff was incredibly informative, even though I didn’t have much time to ask questions. When I came in, Jeff remembered talking to me. He gave me plenty of options without pressuring me, asked about my profession and schedule, and gave me the best options for my family and I. He also gave me the background of the business and you can tell he’s dedicated to making sure that people have a good experience and feel welcome. I saw a very diverse group of people, clean equipment, and a general atmosphere that lets you go in and meeting your goals. Jeff also told me about extra amenities just for my information. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign up, and that’s why I did. Great gym!

Fantastic experience: Been training here for thirty years and have seen the club transition through several different owners. I’ve never seen better management and upkeep of the facilities than is currently being offered! Not to mention they have very competitive rates at the moment, and they are offering a good selection of classes for cardio, Pilates, and CrossFit to name a few. Management has also been focusing on weeding the not so desirable sort of member #meatheads#freeloaders#deadweight So I highly recommend joining!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I have worked out in and I have been recommending it to everyone!! And the membership prices are phenomenal, very affordable. Have small kids and dont have a sitter, bring your child with you cause they even have a child care center in the gym. One of my favorite parts about the gym is that they even have a movie theater to watch your favorite movie while you are exercising!!! Awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym is pretty awesome, GREAT CHILDCARE. LaToya Jackson is amazing! Not only is she attentive to the children, but she also physically gets them moving. Between Simon says, yoga, running on the track, which they love btw. I know my children are ALSO getting physical activitie.She’s great and attentive, you know your children are safe in the gym childcare with LaToya. She truly is awesome...and if you didn’t know THEY HAVE CHILDCARE.

Fantastic experience: I come to this gym after work and on weekends. I wish it to be 24h on weekends but that’s okay. People are friendly at this gym, I ask random people in gym questions on how to use equipment or ask for help/spot me and they would happily do it. Overall, I recommend anyone to checkout this place and give it a try.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for 18 years & used to take my kids to the daycare. Ms. LaToya would usually be the one there to look after my kids & always knew the kids would have a great time. I got to briefly work there & got to see her more up close & personal. I think she is pretty awesome & does a great job at looking after the kids in her care. Go check it out!

Fantastic experience: A good all purpose gym with all the options from old free weights to various cable and free movement machines. Staff is cool and facility is clean. Good place to train and not deal with a bunch social media "look at me" types

Fantastic experience: Went to Dayton Ohio on business. Gyms would not allow us to pay for 2 weeks while we were in town. Everybody Fitness worked with us and Diana was of Great assistance. This gym has all of the free weights a person needs and is Perfect for anybody who takes their workouts serious. Highly recommended for people who love to workout. Thank you Everybody Fitness!

Fantastic experience: Just joined about a month ago after being at LA fitness for years. Way better value and price. Gym is great with a ton of equipment. No all new stuff but everything works and it’s clean. Good vibe with other members too. Very happy to make the change and save the money.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality As a stay at home mom of a 2 year old I don't get much time to take care of myself, that's why the FREE childcare is so important for me. My daughter has terrible separation anxiety and the childcare team is always sensitive to her, they ensure that she has a good time! I also really enjoy the theater room and sauna!

Fantastic experience: While on a business trip I had the chance to workout here. Great gym - lots of good equipment and free weights. Love the sauna. Scott the General manager was very nice and welcoming. I will miss this gym when I leave back to FL. Told Scott to open one there in Hudson...

Fantastic experience: Finally the gyms are open! I work all over the country and I’ve been able to lift in a lot of different gyms. This one is top 5 hands down! Scott the manager/owner is very nice! There are areas for everyone. Very clean and lots of stuff available to clean the equipment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Its great, it needs to be remodeled but its great. Its hetting remodeled soon anyways so..The equipment works all the same regardless of how the place looks. Its clean, plenty of space. Women have theor own side. My kids love it there, the ppl that do childcare are super sweet, as is everyone there, classes are great, personal trainers are awesome! They push you, give you what u need! U have to put in the work of course! I live closer to the 1 in kettering which has been totally redone but id rather go to kingsridge. Its hard to explain but, its just the atmosphere of it all. To go in and know ur not going to get judged, u know theres always someone there to help u if you need it, even the other members there wil stop and help u if u need it. every1 ive talked to is just so nice, super positive. Yes theres a contract u have to sign but who cares, the price is almost cut in half after like a year or 2 idk which. And it's roughly only like $25 a month. 24 hours. Tanning. Personal trainer. Childcare. Classes. A cardio room where u can watxh a movie. Locker rooms are always clean, i dnt use a lock an ive never had an issue with ppl stealing. Theres not many women there when i go either though. Showers, sauna. Theyve got it all! What more could u ask for? The keytering location has a womens only pool! Get signed up! What r u waiting for!? Get fit, feel better about yourself, get sexy!! U knw u want to!

Fantastic experience: Started my fitness journey after high school at LA Fitness. Year later, I had a buddy go to everybody on Kingsridge. I tried it out and I immediately cancelled my LA membership. What do you get at the everybody on Kingsridge? An old school gym type feel. With great people surrounding you. If you live in Dayton, choose this gym.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent personal training (ask for Stephen). I like the variety of cardio options, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, battle ropes, and machines. I've been a member since 2014 and I'm very happy there. They also have classes - try the TRX class. Also, they have free daycare and relatively cold water fountains. Sauna and showers in the locker rooms if you need them.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Love the atmosphere here. I have tried out several different gyms but have yet to find one that I like as much as this. The management is friendly and helpful and there is a great selection of lifting and cardio equipment available. Great price for everything you get. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Current management is great! I'm only in town for a month and Jake gave me an awesome deal with no issues at all. He clearly takes a lot of pride in this gym. Tons of equipment, and it doesn't feel too crowded even when it gets busy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When I joined this gym, I immediately felt home. The staff is SO friendly. There was zero pressure when joining. Jake seemed very transparent and genuine. If there was a sixth star, they wouldve gotten it from me.

Fantastic experience: I travel 1 week out of the month and this is one of the best gyms that I have visited. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean, not to busy, the equipment is vast and you will have 3 of everything. 145 dumbbells, good cardiovascular area and sports training area. If you are a resident or just visiting come to this gym, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: A great gym for serious, committed individuals that is why its a 3 year contract...aren’t you gonna workout 3 years from now?? If you move you can cancel. Great selection of equipment, lots of meat head equipment, crossfit, tires, bumper plates, raquetball, trx classes, running track, boxing, women’s only room and saunas. Have a question? Then ask, dont expect the desk guy to pull your teeth. Members are nice and social and very knowledgeable, hey they even look good. For the weak ones, go join Planet fatness and eat your pizza, I mean the pizza...its worth the $10 right? You can cancel anytime and feel great about yourself bc you can look over and see slouchy, lazy donkeys who lie to themselves. I am sure many goals are achieved at that place.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym since 2011. I love coming here. This place feels like a real gym- with serious lifters and plenty of free weights. Ironically, this place also feels welcoming when I come back from a hiatus (like I do every fall) and am weak when it comes to lifting. Being open nearly 24/7 and offering childcare is one of the biggest selling factors for me. I have never had issues with being cheated. Simple way around that is to pay for your membership upfront instead of allowing the gym (or any other company...) access to your bank account. Staff is always low key and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy this gym. I knew going into it that I was signing into a 3 year contract. The monthly rate is cheap and affordable. If you're signing up for a gym you need to be motivated enough to get your money's worth. All of the classes and extras like tanning and the sauna are included in the membership. I've never found that anywhere else. For the people complaining about the contract...READ IT FIRST! I don't know what else to say. Great gym. Great staff.
