Fantastic experience: Probably about the best gym you can find in Post. Great space for Free Weight and Machine, Cardio Room and a mix Room with a green strip. The free weight include deadlift platform bench and squad rack just a overall Great Gym.

Fantastic experience: Good mix of work out equipment. Its usually not very crowded.

Fantastic experience: Not bad, a lot of different elliptical equipment and spaced out for the most part. Don't really have any complaints.

Positive experience: Pretty good, they have everything you need besides a pool. Only complaint too busy round noon.

Fantastic experience: It could use a reverse hyper or two and I could do without the mask but other than that it gets 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Best place to workout on FLW or surrounding area. Covid-19 has messed with my workout schedule but other then wishing I could get back to my 5 am iron it's the place to workout with an outstanding staff!

Fantastic experience: Good selection of machines and equipment, if that's what you're looking for. On the other hand, it's a little lacking in the free weight department. Tends to be very busy at times.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, with all of the pretty equipment. This is the only other gym that I go to that isn't Army, and I can say that am truly impressed with the whole gym. To be considered a small gym, they have done a lot with the 'little' space that they have. Plus, it doesn't have that crowded feeling you get some times at a small gym. I wish the other gyms provided this attitude. But the Marines may feel differently, but for this former Army girl, this is my new place.
