Fantastic experience: I started personal training with Cora a few months ago after years of doing my own thing with my workouts. She brings a combination of toughness and ❤️❤️ compassion to push me to levels I would not achieve on my own. The results are starting to take shape and I’m very happy with my progress and results.

Fantastic experience: If you want a good, hard workout...Cora's the one. It's an hour of non-stop weight training. She'll also help you with your diet. You truly get a personal, great trainer with Cora and Laguna Fitness!
