Fantastic experience: As a busy Mom of 5, I love starting my day with f45! I get in and out in 45 minutes and feel so much more energy throughout the day. The Coaches are helpful and motivating, and i’m going to miss Coach Nick.

Fantastic experience: August 2021 - Great place to work out. The classes are very straight forward. The exercises are useful and the trainers make sure you do them in correct form. Their is a good variety of strength building, cardio burning and mixed styles of exercises. If you are thinking about it, try it for a week, you will enjoy your time there.

Fantastic experience: I have tried this place and my friend has had a membership with them for over a year. She loves it, most of the staff are Australian and provide an upbeat fun atmosphere I wasn't worried about getting injured as they were very aware of their clients and how we were feeling. It was challenging by they had modifications for all different types of people and needs. There was a community type of feeling, i felt comfortable with the other people there and the staff were so inclusive.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I participated in a session while I was visiting San Clemente. This place is great! It was the right amount of cardio with full-body movements and some resistance. The session was ran by Callum, who knows how to motivate and get the best effort out of participants. I look forward to returning on a future trip!
