Fantastic experience: This gym is a hidden gem. Perfect crowd and the most friendly staff. Ty, Mark, and Arianna are especially great. They offer a couple lunchtime classes that make you sweat. I highly recommend this location if you live or work downtown. Don't be intimated by the access/parking. Super easy after the first time you go. They validate parking as well!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I like the size of the gym and the number of machines as well as free weights. Plenty of space for a person to feel safe and workout in.This place also has a great steam room which was a selling point for us. What we would never imagine is how this gym has come through for us in a time of great need. A pipe busted in our apartment complex due to the winter storm and we were without water. Thankfully Reggie, the front desk person, stayed behind and let my husband and I get a good workout in and shower. He went out of his way to accomadate us. The customer service here has always been great, very friendly and they never rush you to leave, like some other places. Today especially showed that the staff here care about us. Thanks Reggie!

Fantastic experience: Best gym to sign up at in Dallas! I recently signed up and have worked out at both the downown and uptown location. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms are CLEAN. Downtown location is spacious and has everything you need! Uptown location is great too if you want a good sweat since they keep the doors open. Still have to try out the Mockingbird location, but I have no doubt it'll be just as amazing as the other locations!

Fantastic experience: I think there’s truly one word that can describe your employee Arianna... Exceptional! It’s a rarity to find such a level of customer service and attentiveness to customer needs. I’m also a person of cleanliness and I can truly tell you, your downtown facility meets one for clean standards. I’m definitely recommending your location to family and friends. If Arianna is NOT a manager by now, she definitely needs to be one!!!

Fantastic experience: Downtown Dallas's BEST kept secret. Seriously. I couldn't be happier with this gym. The staff is amazing. The trainers are incredible, and the amenities sealed the deal for me. Not to mention the amazing view of downtown during your workout! I honestly am floored by this gym and will continue on as a loyal member. I was staying in downtown due to work travel but he was so welcoming and gave me two weeks pass without any hesitation. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone and probably one of the cleanest. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym! Great equipment (excellent free weights, machines, lots of space), the bathroom is more equipped than any other gym I’ve ever been to in my life. Employees are very friendly. I was traveling and got a daily pass for $20, which is kind of expensive but worth it (in my opinion).

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym for over a year now... This location has been a second home to me and its staff are my friends and family. This hidden gem is a tight knit but welcoming community that is anchored by the staff that runs this gym. Tyree, Arianna, and Reggie are welcoming faces who constantly cheer for members' success both inside and out of the gym. While the location may appear to be small and inconvenient, it actually has everything that you would need to reach your fitness goals and if it doesn't, just ask and the staff there will do whatever they can to help accommodate you. The locker rooms are clean, machines consistently work and when they are out of order just know that they will not be down long. Hours are great. Members are friendly. Parking garage is free. There is not much I can say about this play that is negative other than something ungodly niche. While this location can be seemingly much more expense than a big box gym, it is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Trophy for almost a year now. The staff are always great. They make a point to remember the members’ names. Personal training is a good value with their package deal. Shoutout to Marc who is excellent and keeps me motivated. I have not worked with the other trainers but I always see them coaching their clients to have good form and safe lifting technique. Equipment is high quality. And parking is validated.

The trainers are excellent; enthusiastic, encouraging and always helpful towards those in their group classes. Fantastic experience: Trophy Fitness Downtown is the perfect gym for the downtown professional or resident. It is so easy to come in and run or lift during a break or a gap in the day when there is almost never a crowd. The gym is connected to several buildings and garages via sky bridges and tunnel so it's convenient to walk to from the office in any weather. There is always equipment available and a number of classes to squeeze into at your convenience. Even if you aren't feeling like breaking a mechanical sweat, the steam room and dry sauna are great for a quick, "executive" workout. It was also great just having a shower near the workplace. Most importantly the staff are amazing. The General Manager Arianna is the best, her honest encouragement and genuine congeniality will make you want to keep coming back. Not only are all the staff friendly and approachable; but they are really on top of their jobs, as the gym and locker rooms are constantly watched after and maintained. My last note, is that all the members I have encountered at Trophy have been courteous, and friendly; it's relatively easy to find someone to work in with if you need a machine and are on a time crunch. The membership body is diverse, inclusive, and open; so anyone can feel comfortable. The staff is great at picking up lost items and securing them for you, but so are the members who are good at turning in found items to the front desk. Trophy is the perfect refuge for the busy body downtown and is a great gym for the person looking for something that is "just right".

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member and a frequent visitor since I moved downtown 2 years ago, and have literally had zero sub-par experiences in over a hundred workouts. The facilities and equipment are always clean, I hardly ever have to wait to use a piece of equipment (even at peak hours), and the staff is super-friendly and helpful 100% of the time. This is a business that clearly puts a high priority on high quality customer service, which in my experience is rare in this industry. Every single staff member and trainer displays a positive and helpful attitude. Special props go to the General Manager, Arianna, who always greets me by name and with a warm smile (unbelievably, even at 5am when I can barely see straight and struggle to even grunt a reply :) ) Highly recommended to both visitors and residents of downtown Dallas.

Fantastic experience: Every day is new adventure in awesome! Tyree is the most welcoming and strongest receptionist in the world. They have a trainer who has run more in one month than I drove my car (Erika). Carli blew my socks off and was super dooper!!!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this gym in April, and I have lifted here about 5 days a week since, totaling roughly 90 visits. That said, I have never had an issue with staff, they’re always professional yet personable. Front desk folks are always polite and very attentive. The locker room is always impeccably clean, and stocked with almost any toiletry you can think of. Sauna and Shower situation are actually excellent. At first glance they seem to have a limited amount of benches And free weights, although It’s extremely rare that I am completely shut out from doing my workout, there’s usually additional equipment that can be used in the studio. I only have two extremely minor complaints: occasionally a trainer will be running his client back and fourth between 3 separate machines/free weights. That’s all well and good but it gets a bit cumbersome when half of the dumbbells are on the floor in front of a bench. Now all those dumbbells are “claimed” and also a tripping hazard. The second complaint is a personal one, I wish this location had the boxing room that the mockingbird location had. That would be worth a 6 star rating. Unfortunately, I am a mortal man confined to the restraints of google review parameters and this is not a 6 star gym. Overall, heavily recommended this gym, the downtown one was such a good find and I am surprised this place isn’t more packed as it is easily one of the most put-together establishments I have had the pleasure of lifting in.

Fantastic experience: Visited this fitness center while attending a conference. The staff was absolute the best, the atmosphere was great. The price is inexpensive and I didn't mind paying the money. A special Thanks to Ariel (Manager) and the maintenance staff.

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant in joining this gym after reading several reviews I judged the place solely by reading them. A colleague heard there was a Enrollment fee special and decided to go take a tour. As soon as I walked in the doors and saw Arianna I knew it was going to be a good tour. She took us around showing us the several different workout machines and areas, explained the classes and plans. She took us and had us take a loook at the locker rooms, with a sauna, steam room, showers, and explains all the other services. She was extremely professional and absolutely has the type of qualities a leader and motivator should have. The only issue is I wish the gym had more space it gets a little crowded at certain times. I needed up signing up. Love it, I’m glad I went in to see the place. Keep hiring people like Arianna and Mr. sorry “something with Mendez” I dot remember his full last name but know it had Mendez in it because my last name is Mendez. Thanks y’all JM

Fantastic experience: I love the convenience of this gym. The staff is very nice and professional. The equipment are very well taken care of. Nothing worn out or broken. And with just the basic membership, you still get classes like yoga, zumba, and steps. They also have a few other classes before work, during lunch, and after work too.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to in Downtown Dallas. Nice clean gym with all the machines and free weights someone would need. Well maintained free motion and Cybex machines that have great range of motion to hit all muscle groups. Staff is friendly and helpful and patrons are friendly as well (everyone even reracks their weights)

Fantastic experience: I went to a really high end gym in Chicago and thought I would never find an equivalent. Trophy is just that, for me! It gives me all the equipment I need, classes that push me harder than I have been pushed since playing sports growing up, and people that are actually really cool and interested in your life. The facility itself is clean, has a wideeee array of equipment, and is totally affordable for what you get. Super grateful I was introduced to this establishment and look forward to going there for years to come.

Fantastic experience: I love Trophy Fitness. My trainer, Joey, is fantastic. I consider him a friend as well as a trainer and think it's very important that you like who you train with. Every interaction I've had with anyone at Trophy Fitness has always been positive. I have also seen more results with Joey than any other trainer I've ever worked with anywhere else (and I've worked with many). I've been working with Joey for about 6 months now and I continue to truly enjoy and have fun with our workouts. I highly suggest him or any of the Trophy Fitness staff. Lastly, the gym is great! It's very large with plenty of equipment. However, most of the time Joey comes to my home to work out with me, which you cannot beat in terms of convenience.
