Fantastic experience: I have been training at IMAC for almost a year now. I started out taking the cardio kickboxing class which is an excellent cardio workout. The instructors take the time to show you the proper technique and you get a lot of one on one attention and learn a lot of new stuff. It's not just the same workout over and over. A few months later I added on Muay Thai and Women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I love both classes but I'm especially enjoying the Jiu-Jitsu class. It is challenging and makes me strive to get better and better. Being that I'm pretty competitive, I especially enjoy this because the challenge never ends. There's always more to learn and I look forward to spending years in the future continually trying to obtain the next belt level. The instructors are great and it's a friendly environment where everyone is willing to help you be your best. Great for all levels of fitness. You don't have to be a pro in any area to feel comfortable here. They help you to better yourself. Training at IMAC is one of my favorite things to do.

Fantastic experience: Master Lee is one of the best instructors I have ever trained with. The staff there is very friendly and attentive. I was able to watch one of their kids classes and was amazed at how much fun they had while still holding order and giving great instruction. I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a great training experience for themselves or their child.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to train or workout at. The kickboxing classes are my favorite because of the integration of learning technique and application of exercises throughout the class, I'd recommend trying the evening class. The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are fun; the bjj classes give a great workout, teach technique, and the techniques learned can be applied in self-defense. The owner is a great guy, and the manager behind the desk is awesome and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My son is in the 3 yr old class. The instructors have a tough job on their hands having to keep the kids attention, and getting them to learn the skills. However, they still do a great job and are extremely patient and supportive. Which is exactly what my son needs!!!

Fantastic experience: IMAC is a fantastic martial arts center! The place is clean, organized, and daily lessons are posted on the wall. My son loves going to class here and has been enrolled a little over a year. Shortly after starting the program I noticed a huge improvement in his "terrible 3s" behavior and attitude. The lessons are fun, while teaching skill, technique, & discipline at the same time. The instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly are able to keep the attention of 3-7 year olds for multiple lengths of time. The owner is awesome and treats everyone like a part of his family. He'll get on the mat and help out if he sees someome struggling, or not quite getting the proper form, or just to jump in the mix for fun. He's not looking at you like another dollar in his pocket. When attending class 2-3 times a week and seeing the same kids, parents, and instructors you start to grow together as a family. And that goes for new students too, whether on the "trial" period or not. We definitely were not looking for a second family when we joined the program, but it's nice to have another system of support. Thanks for teaching my son discipline and respect in a way I could not! We will appreciate it forever!

Fantastic experience: My only regret I have about this place is that I did not start earlier! The workouts are great and the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The jiu-jitsu class is very fun. If you want to learn self defense, or just get a great workout in a very friendly and family oriented setting, give the IMAC a try!

Fantastic experience: My 5yo LOVES going each week. It has built his confidence and strengthened his coordination. Mr Matthew and Mr Cameron are excellent with the kids and really know how to engage them. The adult Krav Maga class is also terrific. Master Lee is an excellent instructor. He's patient and challenging at the same time.

Fantastic experience: My 4 year old attends the kids classes and loves it! The teachers are great with the kids- they make it fun but also teach discipline. The center is very clean and everyone that works there has been accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend signing up!

Fantastic experience: Been training here for a little while now. Compared to other places I have been, this school exceeds those by leaps and bounds. The variety alone of different styles to choose from means there's something for everyone. The instructors are great, always pushing you to do better, and be better. Great place for kids as well. Great work out every time I am there.
