Fantastic experience: Hotworx provides a workout like none other! Prior to two months ago I had never stepped foot into an infrared environment let alone workout in one. It is by far the best thing I have done, you’ll be exhausted, but you will never have a bad workout, because how can you when you sweat (detox) that much!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first workout at HotWorx. I am 65 y/o and way out of shape after having had Covid. Yet, the workouts are doable, as one can adjust the intensity as needed without calling it to others’ attention! Think I am gonna stay here!

Fantastic experience: Really cool place, awesome staff, and place is always in pristine condition. The sauna concept is so much better than going to the regular gym, I burn way more and stay fit for less time in the gym, that’s worth it to me. Make sure you bring a towel to dry your sweat!!

Fantastic experience: Best choice I’ve made this year. Incredibly friendly staff who always make you feel welcome, and are there to help with any questions you have. The sauna workout combination of heat, and exercise give me the best energy. I always feel amazing when I leave. The other great thing is it's open 24/7. My schedule isn't always consistent, but I never have to worry about missing a workout. If you haven't tried it yet I highly recommend giving it a go.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of HOTWORX for a month now and I must say I love it here! The staff is very friendly and encouraging to all members. It does to take a sometime getting use to exercising in heat, however the benefits are worth it. I see myself getting better and better with each session I do. Hydration and consistency are key to earning the burn.

Fantastic experience: Thru all the gyms I’ve been to, this tops number #1 High intensity interval training workouts with Isometric workouts in the infrared sauna ! Lose double the calories, feel amazing and that doesn’t even include the after burn you get. Highly recommend. Males and females ! The team is the most genuine people you will meet and the pleasure you get to see everyday. I love that it’s 24 hours . Come and sweat it out on your own time. Fantastic experience: I am still a newbie at Hotworx but in my first week, I’ve made it a habit to do a 15-minute session each morning after my kids get on the bus, leaving me time to go home and shower and start working on time - and then go again at night. I’m already feeling mentally better about where this journey to a healthier me can go. The mental benefits alone make this an affordable and beneficial self-care solution.

Also, this is probably one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been too. The staff is constantly cleaning. It’s open 24 hours so you never have to worry about missing a workout if your day becomes hectic!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE HOTWORX! I have never felt so good in my life. I have lost fat, toned up and I’ve become so much stronger. My skin from the infrared has a much nicer complexion as well. If you can tolerate the heat, it is so worth it! They have 15 min sessions and 30 min sessions every single hour. Open 24/7!

Fantastic experience: Just started 2 weeks ago. First, the owner is fantastic in communicating and explaining the whole set up. He's also extremely friendly and helpful. As for the experience? Amazing. Is it hot? Yep. Is it tolerable? Absolutely. I've done 2 weeks now. 27 minutes a day which is 2 sessions. I'm a big guy. In 2 weeks my clothes are already fitting better. Didn't expect anything noticeable this quick, but happy to see some change. I believe if I stick to this very reasonable time and exertion commitment, the results over the coming months will be better than I even hoped for. Highly recommend you set up an appointment to preview the studio.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism I decided to try this new workout while visiting a friend in ATL.There are no Hotworx set up currently in the Philadelphia area so I was pleasantly surprised at how fun this tough work out really was! Strength and flexibility are definitely a gain for this amazing workout!! Give it a try!! Your body will love you!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how much I love this place! Stephanie and Allan are so friendly and I can count on a “well hello jennifah” (English accent) as I walk through the door! I get an amazing detoxing workout and save time with the quicker sessions. I love that classes are available at different times throughout the day and I can come when it is convenient for me. Fantastic experience: Super cool concept! Well maybe it's super hot concept? Most workouts are done in an inferred sauna. You get the benefits of stretching, cardio, detox all in less than an hour. The gym is super clean and has lots of different workouts for all levels of fitness. I thoroughly enjoy the hit 15 minute cardio classes. Make no mistake, it's a workout. As a bonus, because you're working out in a sauna, you're by yourself or with your group only. Easy to schedule classes via the app period lots of choices to keep it interesting. They even have traditional barbell weights and TRX type equipment and a virtual trainer to help you through routines for those that like traditional workouts. The best part, 24-hour access and very affordable rates! Allen and Stephanie are fantastic. They know their stuff and are super accommodating and helpful. It feels like you're family every time you walk in! I'm very much looking forward to continuing to work out here.

Fantastic experience: Only couple of days open and the facility and it’s delightful owners made working out enjoyable again. Even with a crazy schedule you can workout anytime using different types of exercises to work all the muscles. And adding that sweet heat and the benefits of an infrared sauna, is just what I need for the upcoming winter months. More workout in less time, minimizing injuries and increasing health benefits... just like that, there are no more excuses to not workout. Try it - it is so worth it!!

Hotworx gives me a variety of workouts and it’s a plus that it’s in a sauna at the same time so every workout makes you sweat! Fantastic experience: A great friend of mine started at Hotworx & invited me to join. I had heard of it but never really knew anyone who had tried it. I went in for a free session & was met at the door by Allan, the owner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered a lot of questions about the benefits of the workouts they provide here without me having to ask. After my first session, I signed up immediately. Even though I got my butt kicked, I enjoyed how relaxed my body felt after a workout in high heat. My muscles aren’t as tense & I’m ready for my next class!!
