Fantastic experience: I tried Pilates while at a spa in Mexico and loved it... finding someone in the Harrisburg area was another story. After several misses with instructors who didn’t provide good instruction, I found Rebekah Morgan, a former physical therapist , and owner of Morgan’s Pilates in New Cumberland. She is amazing— always up on the latest in Pilates as well as equipment , Rebekah proves the clearest and most precise instruction... and is continuously taking classes to stay ahead of the curve.. She gives the best description of how we are to do each exercise, each move.. and always with safety in mind. I have taken Pilates classes everywhere I travel and I can honestly say no one compares to the outstanding experience I have at Morgan’s Pilates . I highly recommend this studio.

I went to Morgan Pilates in 2017 and improved significantly in just a few sessions. Rebekah is a miracle worker.
